this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the valley. if you like or love pho this is the restaurant to go to. I promise you will not be disappointed. the staff and environment is the best there is and bear quality of food.
First time here and let me just say this was an amazing experience. Friendly staff and delicious food, I had their ocean east pho, east ocean egg rolls and shrimp/pork spring rolls. 10/10 no doubt about it, in my opinion spring rolls were better than egg rolls but both were really good; I ate everything.
Food is made to order and you can definitely tell it’s freshly prepared with lots of love. I am definitely coming back.

The service was good, but the food was not ... got the chicken fried rice with with meat and it tasted funny chicken jst didnt look right , also who puts cilantro in fried rice ?! Just made the whole plate not goood they also charge .25 for a tiny cup of oil sauce ? You get 1 free for the whole plate ?
