Went to order a stuffed Crust Pizza. Guy said 25 min. We waited as there were 3 cars ahead of us. 25min later we get to the window and the guy starts cussing saying his stupid manager gave our pizza away. ? so unprofessional and we had to wait again no compensation. Pizza was good at
Well, I cannot say much its little caesars. To be honest every time I order online here for pick up it is never ready. I can order it 30 minutes ahead and I still need to wait. The quality of the pizzas are good compared to others. Get it together with the online orders and answer your phones. Other than that 7.5/10

Do not select portal pick up for online order, staff doesn’t know how to use it and when someone else’s pizza is in your slot they question whether you actually placed an order at that location and manager asked if anyone else had gone to pick up! So order wasn’t ready and they tried to blame me for their mistake.
