Ordered cheese enchilada plate. Got chicken instead. Menu says it comes we ith rice beans and tortillas. Didn't get rice er or tortillas. Not worth it.

Freshly made food I think. But it was not the best food I’ve ever tasted. I thought El Pato was going to be a sit-down restaurant. We were wrong. It’s more like a Taco Bell. We have never been to one or looked it up online. It was not cluttered, but I have a feeling it is due for a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly. But we can’t return to eat at El Pato. We tried it and that was enough for us.
The place is good, but the manager is rude to his employees and blames them for his own mistakes, the employees need someone else as a manager, he's unprofessional shouting across the dinning area to his employees, something needs to be done about this, the employees are doing their best and some of them have been there longer then him.

When I arrived it was closed, it was 8:00 am and on the door it said that it was open, another person arrives wanting to enter as well and knocks on the door and they tell him that through another door, I turn around and there is only a service door, no I entered and they told me that they opened at 10:00 am, I went to my car to leave and they opened the entrance door to customers, I entered and the person who served me asked me to wait but with a very bad attitude, I will not return to this place
El Pato does not disappoint, the guiso & egg taco were yummy.

Great food, great price, great people. I remember walking across the street while I was attending Pan American and eating a delicious affordable meal back in the 80’s. The good stuff stands the test of time.
It was a very favorite place but now a cockroach came out and instead of giving an apology, the manager got upset and very reluctantly returned my money without any explanation other than to give me the slip so that I would shut up. At the same time, I spoke to the health department. from Edinburgh and until now I am waiting for an answer what happened......it is a sad thing that suggests this

I ordered from El Pato through Favor. I ordered three beef, avocado and beans tacos, I ate two out of the three tacos and they had alot of fat. Those were the worst tacos I've ever had from El Pato, I gave away the third taco. We should get what we pay for.
