They often get there orders wrong . They used to lable the taco contain with a sharpy in side white part of foil wrap cause my cooks would do that when Mrs G was around .but the tacos are really small and lots of the quantity and quality has degraded . Just make sure you check order before you drive off.

This is a MUST TRY if you are in the Rio Grande Valley! My kids love the chicken & cheese patos, my boys love the carne guisada & cheese patos, & I love them both... but with 🥑 avocado! ¡Delicioso! Add some hot sauce & a LARGE drink (because they've got that good ice)!! My family no longer lives in the RGV, but El Pato is a required stop every time we visit!!

During our visit today, we encountered rude customer service with the cashier and manager that we are on site during our check out. When our cashier was begging our items, one of the 12 packs was leaking and didn’t advise when we went to put it in our cart it spilled soda everywhere onto the rest of our bags. We asked for paper towels to clean up the rest of our bags and the cashier did not want to get us the paper towels. The manager advise the cashier not to worry about paper towels that housekeeping would clean up the mess, and the cashier rudely told the manager that customer is the one that wanted the paper towels. I advise the manager that Soto had gotten all over the rest of my bags and I needed to clean it up. The manager advised me that if I needed another 12 pack and it had been scanned already that I could go get another 12 pack from the store. I told the manager that I needed to clean the rest of my bags to ensure that there was no soda on the rest of my items. I asked the manager if they could get somebody to replace the 12 pack. I was busy cleaning up my bags, but I looked up and the manager asked me where the cashier went. I told her I didn’t know she asked me if she went to go get another 12 pack and I told her I didn’t know I looked back up and the cashier was there with another 12 pack with a look on her face, she didn’t give me the total. She just told me waited for me to put everything in my cart and just stood there with the look annoyed and waited for me to pay the housekeeping older gentleman was the only one that was trying to be helpful and considerate the cashier and the manager were not helpful at all and made this experience at this Walmart one that will make me not want to come back to it

The cook must have changed the food is nasty small portions on the taco. It's not what it used to be . It was not worth 4 tacos for $20 .
Food that is like we get from Our Mom... prices that are affordable... the Manager (Fred) at 10th St McAllen. Makes the 10th and Nolana THE BEST EL PATO IN SOUTH TEXAS.

We payed 4$ for a carne quisada & cheese taco & we ordered 6 of them & they didn’t have anything you could fold the taco in half this is the 2nd time they do this & we’ve complained twice i will never go back to el pato ever again & it was one of my favorite places to go

I didn't know you have to place your order and they bring it to you which is ok but If I'm eating at a restaurant, I do not want to to eat on Styrofoam plates
