“I love coming here and the service is really friendly , but almost every time I come through the drive thru one of the items I ordered is missing and they just quickly shut the window and I have to wait there for the longest time not knowing if they’re gonna come back out. And if they didn’t forget the item they don’t communicate how long the last item will take so I’m left wondering if it’s going to come out or not. Just a little bit more communication would be nice!“
