Shakes are great we enjoyed them. Unfortunately we couldn’t add some ingredients that we wanted at this location. Deanese informed us she wasn’t allowed to but on the app in customizations it gives you the option to. Just a little confused I don’t mind being charged or if she had to put them on the side but she wasn’t very helpful to begin with so oh well.
So today they gave me a 32oz like I wasn't going to know the difference, hmm I'm tiny I know I'll be full with the 20oz.I heard the manager repeat my order in the drive thru. By the time I received my order, they kinda had the 'nerve' to say it was "wasn't a 32 Oz, we heard wrong,wanna speak to the manager "I know what y'all did. I love this place! Such a variety of smoothies and Katelynn was amazing with helping me pick out what to get since I was wanting something new. I usually get nervous with that but it was really good. Will definitely ask if she’s there next time to help!
