I got charged wrong one time and they offered me something equivalent but I said no. Afterwards, a week after I order in the morning they said they close at 3am. This is the second time that happen to me. I thought all McDonald’s are 24/7 but not this location.

Went through the drive thru and everyone was friendly.The young lady at the window that had handed me my food had great manners and was nice and friendly towards me. Was dressed nice and professional as well. Had to go back the next day to get her name (alondra)Food was nice and warm

Receipt # 1363>>-- store #34387Just came through the drive thru and got my order turns out one of the happy meals didn't have fries...I called and for me to go back and pick up medium size fries I said ok. My daughter gets off to pick up medium fries but my daughter takes a long while a good almost 10 mins..I get down the car to check up on her and she's there standing alone...no customers..no line..cashier just standing by register..I see alot of fries ready in kitchen..my daughter said she has to wait...wait??? What for what? I went up to the cashier cause no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help like I said no one waiting in line..not busy at all...I told the cashier we are here just to pick up medium size fries what's the hold up?? She goes to some lady in the kitchen..lady looks at me...grabs the fries puts them in paper bag and drops them on counter...doesn't say a word...she walks away...what the heck just happened..? It wasn't my mistake ..what's up with the attitude...and having my daughter seriously wait for NOTHING!! Not Busy! Honestly those workers need to work on their customer service...they need to approach and ask if they need help and serve good service which they do not do.Very rude employees.01/19/2024
Awful.Drove through the drive through and the kid on the intercom was super rude. I couldn’t understand him and he started laughing and ridiculing me because I didn’t know what he was saying. All I wanted to order was a large soda but I was so embarrassed and angry by how I was treated I decided to just leave. I don’t know why they hire teenagers that don’t know how to treat people with kindness, it’s not my fault that his mic was hard to understand and he spoke too quickly. Never coming back.

I order via the app for quicker service, or so I though. After placing the order I arrived 10 minutes later. Then I processed to wait for 30 minutes for 2 20 piece nuggets, fries, a dollar hamburger, and drink. I arrived home about 5 minutes later to find my food is ice cold, the fries were filled up half way, the tomatoe on my burger wasn't even in the burger, nuggets tasted old, and drink in my ice was melted making my coke watered down. Do better McDonald's.

I like to have breakfast there because of my diet, I bought oatmeal served with two portions of fresh apple in small pieces and another with raisins and blueberries and coffee, delicious, later I passed by there it was around 12:30, lunch time for the Americans and it caught my attention to see a line of cars to enter and full inside I thought what are they doing here!

I was told to park in number two reserve parking spot and they would bring my order to me. 45min later still no order. 20/30 vehicles came and went with their order. No one ever came out. I called they sent a person out asked me what my order was I told her and she had a confused look on her face. Finally someone brings my order I tell her I’ve been waiting for 45min she say oh sorry walked away without a care? next time if there is a next time I’m staying parked in line, no more of this please park over there will bring your order to you. My order was cold and dry too ?
