The food is good when you eat in store but ordering to go has been horrible. I've has 3 bad orders so far but biggest complaint is always missing items. Two days ago I was missing my brownie and drink. Again today am missing my brownie and recieved my tuna sandwich in such a state that it appeared to have been punched several times. The tuna was inside and out of its wrapping so much so that there was no tuna in the sandwich itself. They need quality checks on top of better expedition because holy their food is kinda expensive to be not receiving what you paid for. On top of paying a subscription like. Come on. Do better

Stopped by for a cup of coffee. The coffee dispensed a lot of ground beans and the temperature was very low. A staff gave me a hot cup of coffee from the counter. The drink counter might not be always carrying what you want, but staff will help you when they are available. I would like to try their soup next time.

For my first time at Panera it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the vibes were great. My only complaint is that most of the table needed to be wiped down so a lot of them were dirty and I had to clean it myself, other than that it was great.

For my first visit, I was not impressed with the food. My order was incorrect; the bowl of soup should be called a cup, and the baguette should have been wrapped, not thrown in the bottom of the bag. I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado melt, and there was no Chipotle flavor. However, the drive-thru attendant was very polite, nice, and friendly.

My first visit to Edinburg location and it was a mess. 1. The tables were dirty and people were walking around looking for a clean table. We did the same. 2. I observed the manager taking an order outside with gloves on. He then walked back in and started helping with other orders. 3. Why give a buzzard button if they are calling out your name. 4. I added a cinnamon roll only for it to be given to me cold and no fork. 5. It was 2pm and they no longer had half of the soups on the menu. 6. Tons of dirty dishes piled up on top of trashcan. What can I say, totally disappointed of my entire visit.

I went by mid day and ordered the autumn squash the order was taint forever that’s fine. Then when I go and inquire the Manager Yvonne said they didn’t have any that it was still frozen !!! I was like okay oh no I came exclusively for that! She didn’t care she just said it was frozen and that it would take like 8 more minutes !!! I had already waited longer than that but she was so unfriendly .. it was my birthday and I don’t want to ruin my day. I went back again the 18th for squash soup again because I figured I’m not holding a grudge no big deal. I ordered and after waiting a short while I’m advised there is no squash soup again. I get up and go to the same Manager Yvonne again and I’m like again you don’t have it. I told her you told me tha last time a few days ago you didn’t have it now again. She looks at me and says she can’t open a new bag because it’s close to closing. Doesn’t even offer a sorry for the inconvenience. I’m easy say sorry or something. She is just indifferent so I said you know what cancel my order. She said all of it I said yes. She just cancelled it told the cooks stop making the order. Says nothing else!!! Panera do better Yvonne find a job!!! Unless Panera is okay with that type of customer service!!!

"Clean, Friendly, and Delicious!" I’ve had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread every time I visit! The restaurant is always spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The customer service is outstanding friendly and efficient staff make every visit a pleasure. I’ve also used the drive-thru, and everything has been great, I placed my order quick, accurate, and convenient. As for the food, it’s absolutely delicious! The fresh and flavorful salads, warm crusty bread, and other menu items are always well-prepared and satisfying. I highly recommend Panera Bread!

I have been to this location 7 times and in first two times I didn’t even get food due to different problems the third time they messed up my order by not giving the bread that comes with my sandwich I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were new but they are still messing up my order to this day I had a order today where I asked for no tomatoes and extra sauce instead I found extra tomatoes and very little sauce not worth the drive for me to get messed up food

They frgt. An item in my order. When I went back for it, the so called night manager Emily. Gave me attitude, because I asked for a bag. She then proceeded to double tape the bag. How petty. Too bad for Panera. Good food, but I will never return there again
