Order shows ready but it was not for another 4 mins. Lady at counter seemed lost looking for my order. 1st time here and not impressed at all. Only 4 other people in the lobby and all of them already had their order.

1st time here and I must say and admit it was good. You must try whether you want to eat it or if your into some healthy eating this is the place to eat. Very clean and the food was A+ highly recommend anyone to eat it. The salad is yummy and we will be back!!

Just Adude

Most of the time my food comes out fresh even when ready for pickup. I loved the free drinks trial membership they’ve given me for 3 months. Too bad it ran out lol.

The Panera Bread in Edinburg, TX could be much better if they corrected a few things…1. Service “with a smile,” 2. Automatically serve warm toasty baguette breads with their orders, and 3. Quality control. We have had several salads, sandwiches, and soups at this location and they are delicious. The three stars is mostly for their poor service. Not friendly and with poor attitude! Feels like we’re doing “them” a favor by eating there. Another minor (but important to us, and maybe others) is their baguette bread. It’s baked daily and delicious, BUT, we have to tell them to toast it or warm it up every time!! This should be protocol! Finally, one last issue is “quality control.” Just yesterday, I received a few pieces of bad romain lettuce (black edges), and I showed it them to give them feedback and they just shrugged it off??? basically said “whatever.???” Come on managers, do your job!!!

I had a great experience at Panera thanks to Shauna! She was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right. Her positive energy and friendly attitude really brought a good vibe to the whole place. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience.

I got the grilled chicken and avo BLT and a side of salad with strawberries, orange and I believe pineapple… sooooo good!!!! Service was amazing, all the ladies were so sweet and helpful 😊

I ordered a southwest salad at 8:30 pm. The salad consisted of rubbery chicken, 2 sprigs of cilantro, some tomatoes, corn chips… and the remaining 80% of the bulk was just lettuce. I don’t know how that is worth $14.
