Took unnecessarily long to take out order through the drive thru but fast.

Went thru drive thru and ask for strip but they gave me regular chicken thighs and it's not the first time they do this

Today I had trouble finding where to enter the T-Mobile Tuesdays code for the free Chicken Sandwich with a $5+ purchase. Since mobile orders cannot be canceled, the app should clearly show a final review screen before charging. Instead, once I selected the payment method, the order went through without a clear chance to review, edit, or apply the code. The store staff also did not know how to help. Good food though.

Good service along with fast service. They treat costumers nice and attend to them when they are having trouble. I recommend going to this place because the food is good and they cook it well. With that said, this place is an excellent place.

Placed online order, went to pick it up and had to wait 40 minutes more while cars that went after me got their order. Then I get home and the order is wrong. I called and of course they don't answer. Never again

I ordered via grubhub my ordered was delayed because it had not been prepared on time. Second I received it cold at one point as I was biting into a piece of thigh I noticed it was raw upon checking the rest of my order most of it was cold and needed to be thrown in the microwave.

Anyone who orders on-line is recommended to open the bag and verify the dishes before leaving. I ordered three dishes online - a sandwich, shrimps, and six piece buffalo wings. When I reached home, found out that the buffalo wings is missing. Tried to call but nobody picks up. I live about 2 mi from Popeye. So, it's not worth driving back to pick up the wings. Bad practice.

If i could give no stars i would I had a horrible experience I ordered online the 14 tenders and 2 sides meal and was notified it was ready when I got there it was not ready and then I was given a closed bag only asked if I wanted sauces and I asked for honey mustard and was only given only one .I live about 30 minutes away and when I got home I noticed I was given wings instead of tenders so I basically paid $29 for 12 tiny wings and two fries and biscuits and when I tried calling the restaurant they didn’t answer; I will no longer be going back to Popeyes, bad customer service and they don’t pay attention to the food orders obviously!!!!!

The food was good and the place was clean. We had fun with the Easter decorations. We took some Easter pictures of the kids and the baby had fun with the eggs. 🙂

I’m giving this review after several visits and always with the same bad experience, food has always been good, yes they have messed up my order a few times but that’s not my main concern, the problem at this establishment is their customer service, no one greets you or even try to take your order when you get there, and when you do finally ask someone to do it they treat you bad, rude same goes when ordering through drive thru, they’re plain rude,take forever to take your order, I’m not going back again because every time I get so frustrated with the way they treat me

The food is nice and hot. Management must have changed, because I stopped coming here years ago due to poor service and product. Tonight was 1000% better. Bravo to the owners. The spicy chicken was excellent, the Cajun mashed potatoes were great. The biscuit was buttery soft and flaky. Great food, great prices, and an extremely clean dining area. Hats off, you are BACK on my list of good places to eat in this town.

The manager, Sofia, was very unprofessional and rude. She really does not care about the customer and closes the store 30 minutes early. We got the wrong order the day before and we decided not to complain because the gentleman was very polite. We came back the next day (today) at 10:38 pm and Sofia said that their fryers were turned off. So, if the fryers are turned off, what can we order??? The sad part about is that we live right behind Popeyes and we go there quite often. We asked for substitutes and she kept saying that their fryers were turned off for the night and she really didn't care about anything we had to say and encouraged us to complain, instead of trying to resolve the issue. She provided us with Amanda, her supervisor's number, and no answer. So, we gave our business to Golden Chick, who also closes at 11 pm and who's fryers were not turned off. The Popeyes franchise will never see our business again.
