Went there to eat there today and the girl that was making our sandwiches was not friendly and was rushing no customer service. Company needs to hire better people

I visited the Subway location in Trenton today around 5:00 p.m. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee on duty, named Marina, did not greet me when I walked in and appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming from the start.
As I placed my order, she seemed irritated and handled my food carelessly, tossing the vegetables onto my sandwich while sighing and making frustrated noises. Concerned, I asked if she was okay, and she simply replied, “Not really.” When I reminded her that I am a paying customer and there was no need to be rude, she told me that if I didn’t like her attitude, I could leave that she also stated she’s usually tosses the food around that it’s not being rude. I asked her to repeat herself, and she said the same thing again — so I did leave.
I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at any Subway before. I will not be returning to this location and I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I visited today and first off AC was not working although it was not super hot it was uncomfortable. The fridge for the veggies was not working and all of the vegetables were in the back.

I visited this store with my family April 25 at 830 pm, and had a wonderful experience! The young lady who helped us was so kind, and she did an amazing job! She said she was new to her job, but we were very impressed! Keep up the good work😊

Hello today I called to get a simple question about coupons and employee answered did not acknowledge my question and hung up I understand we are busy with customers but customers service is as important as any other inquiry in the business, sorry to say Mike's jerseys has better customers service and friendly!!!

I ordered two subs online and my best friend and I was going up to the counter to get it and this middle aged guy with black hair and beard was starring at us. We thought he wasn't but everytime we went to talk and look back he still was. I was SO uncomfortable I didn't even want to go to the counter to get my food. I was scared. We even moved to the corner to get out of his weird stare and still felt uncomfortable eating.

very disappointed i always order online at this location but today was horrible they added too much sauce it made the bread soggy even got the bag all wet && ripped too much pepper ugh just all around horrible horrible will not be returning waist of money && time wasn’t even pleasant to eat just threw it away

They should run to the Marina, she thinks she is very arrogant, her attitude is terrible, she doesn't know how to treat clients, I have had other experiences with other managers and nothing to do with Marina, she is terrible.
