I’m from Huntsville, Tx but down here for work. This place is right up my alley. Oh how I wish there was one of these establishments in my hometown. Tony was amazing and the shakes were so incredibly good. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
The Health Nut off Trenton Rd is a Healthy Hole in the Wall! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have the calories, macros, and sugar for their juices and protein shakes posted on their webpage to help you make the best decision to fit your diet lifestyle.
They also have snacks like high protein brownies, energy balls, and DONUTS 🍩! I tried the Koach brownie… 🤤… for 20+ grams of protein and only 250 total calories YES PLEASE!!
