Try to order a 10 piece with fries no combo, girl said I CAN’T order 10 pieces and fries, and that we have to order combo in order to get wings with fries. I been to many Wingstop where I can order 10 pieces with fries without the drinks. Yet I can places and order thru the app and it’s work just fine, like how this made sense?

NOT THE FIRST TIME I’VE HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE — THEY NEVER LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASKS FOR, AND THAT’S WHY THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER. THE MANAGER DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, AND THAT’S THE BIGGEST ISSUE — IF THE MANAGER ISN’T LISTENING, HOW WILL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES EVER LEARN?

I loved the service! My mom did so as well! She said she preferred to come here rather than the other wing stops. I loved the vibe I received from the cashier, I don’t know her name but she was very friendly and also very pretty. I think the manager came up to us and made sure our order was correct. The place also seemed very clean except where you get drinks. (I think someone spilled water) Other than that, the atmosphere was great, not too cold and not too hot for my liking. It felt what some of us would describe as fresh. Did I mention the cashier was very pretty and friendly? It’s like I fell in love with her 🤭🤭🤭 definitely recommend!

Just go down to the one on Mccoll and Trenton! This store has a bunch of young kids that are lost, manager is never around, and you will wait way longer than an hr for a simple order! AC is also out so the store is blazing hot… goodluck!

RIDICULOUS. An HOUR for an order of wings I placed ONLINE. Since 8:44 showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready and currently waiting still and it’s 9:44. Phones ringing in the front nobody here to attend or answer. Only 2 girls taking their time making faces each time the door opens with more customers. A DELAY is understandable but waiting this damn long being avoided and treated like you haven’t already paid and not letting us know there’s going to be a wait is RIDICULOUS. Order #7674828141. Wrote this at the restaurant while still waiting for our food.

This has to be the worse Wing Stop to dine in during football season. I ask the manager if he could put the NFL game on his excuse was we don't have the remote. Never will I do business with Wing Stop on Trenton.
