Lol they charge you a fee when you dine in and to make matters worse, the tables and floors are filthy. Food is garbage and customer service is garbage. Time to cook at home and stop giving these ? my money, my time, and my business. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. How corporate isn’t acting on this place or being investigated puzzles me cause this place has too many bad reviews of the same issue.

The worst experience I had on a Sunday at the Edinburg Trenton location. I ordered online at 7:50pm (16-21 min NO WAIT). I get there at 8:20pm asked for my order and it wasn’t ready. So I said ok I’ll give it 10 to 15 mins. at 8:30 I asked for them to check up on my order and still it wasn’t ready. By 9pm of standing there waiting for my name to be called out I just decided to cancel my order. NOT A SORRY oh and they RAN OUT OF RANCH TOO. Sorry for those who went through the same thing I did that evening. An hour wait hell no, not that place again.
