I had placed an online delivery order through Wingstop and my order was a little messed up but it was not Wingstops fault as it was the drivers fault and their drivers are actually through DoorDash. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and I spoke with the kind manager, Jimena who took it upon herself to actually fix this issue with no questions asked. This manager deserves to be recognized for her caring attitude that she has towards her customers and she went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed!“
“Since I got takeout, one would expect the food to be cold and gross, but that was opposite of my experience. The tender combo came already with a ranch, which is appreciated coming from a dip sauce enthusiast. The corn tasted fresh and the cajun seasoning was present. I like the to-go option, but I believe that a delivery to car service will heavily improve the outcome for some customers in a positive way.“
“This particular location has already cut off beer an rolls. Granted, I came in after waiting 30 minutes on the phone to complain about the wait and after waiting I saw how busy they were so I didn't. I just ordered my meal, went about business... cause you never know want or who is going through. I proceeded to the drink station which was a mess an I wondered. Why? How can people be this messy? The trash can is 2 feet away. There's napkins right there. It makes me sad an pissed off to see grown ass folks act or be like this. I cleaned it up anyway. But that wasn't the best part of the night. The employees still greeted me w a smile an laughed an my sarcasm about being busy. I left outside to wait in my car to drink my beer in peace and walked in w "impeccable timing" I told the cashier cause as I walked in to ask for my food she handed it to me. W a big smile. This wasn't still the best part of the night. I left w food in hand headed home when I realized I left my phone there....kept calling not knowing my phone was on silent. Till I got there an asked if anyone had found a phone. They handed it right to me not knowing I had all my Christmas $ behind it still w a big smile. I owe these guys something, anything...all I could muster up was a simple "thank you". Be kind to strangers. That's all.“
