They just completely forgot I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food. Unbelievable... My receipt says 7:13pm I got my food at 7:45pm only ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries.

Edna TX, While eating my burger, saw a 1/2 " size roach run a cross an adjoining table, couldn't take pic he was fast!! , restaurant was unusually dirty, food on floor everywhere . Caught a couple of Beatles on seat...boy never ever been to a Whataburger this dirty!!!!DIRTY DIRTY ?????/02-23, some improvement, cleaner, but young kids as servers with plastic ? gloves touching head piece, adjusting signs displays then go back and serve touching food, sorry. Jan 7,2024: 100% improvement, very clean, windows clean, facilities clean, friendly staff fast service ????good job!!!
