Edna TX, While eating my burger, saw a 1/2 " size roach run a cross an adjoining table, couldn't take pic he was fast!! , restaurant was unusually dirty, food on floor everywhere . Caught a couple of Beatles on seat...boy never ever been to a Whataburger this dirty!!!!DIRTY DIRTY ?????/02-23, some improvement, cleaner, but young kids as servers with plastic ? gloves touching head piece, adjusting signs displays then go back and serve touching food, sorry. Hungry, and called in while passing by. Glad we did, as food and service were excellent. Busy lunch rush, but staff coped well, and restaurant was spotlessly clean too. Would happily return.
