My husband and son are truck drivers. They stopped at the Whataburger in Edna TX. Since you are not allowed in the dining room right now, they stood in the drive thru to place their order. A lady with a headset on, walked all the way down there where they were and told them they could not be there. She refused to take their order and made them leave. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great fresh hot
Food is always good..service was slow 1 lady working the front the other lady sitting in dining room watching TV... she might have been on break but doesn't look good for business.
