Billy is a precious person and the strawberry sourdough roll is the best thing I have eaten in a long time. You can taste the pride in his work. Such a treat to have something like this in Edom. Can’t wait to come back!
This is the best sourdough I have ever had. We ordered the sausage rolls, which were surprisingly high quality, and delicious. This is a great rest stop for your Edom day trip.
A fantastic place to grab some amazing banana bread with chocolate chips. The attention is superb and the environment makes you feel right at home. Great choice in Edom!

Billyt's Sweet Transformations is a fantastic place in Edom to grab amazing banana bread with chocolate chips, strawberry sourdough roll, sausage rolls, gluten free cookies and cakes, and sourdough bread. The sourdough is the best, and the gluten free cookies and cakes use almond and coconut flour with no sugar. All home made and healthy. The attention is superb and the environment makes you feel right at home. The owner takes so much care in providing quality pastries, refusing to bake the day before, and is a true craftsman. A delightful experience both with food and atmosphere. A great rest stop for an Edom day trip, well worth it.
