Went to order some late night dinner at around 7 got to the window lady says could you wait a minute im busy i said okay waited about 5 mins which isnt bad i started my order by asking for a bacon burger meal she askes what size i tell her the size and she started making smart remarks without either noticing she didnt mute or just being rude i ask for a drpepper for the drink and she basically screams threw the intercom we dont have drpepper so i proceed to ask what they have at the moment and she says coke and proceeds to make more rude comments so i canceled my order and just left im witholding the staffs name and comments because i dont want anyone getting fired but please avoid this establishment there was no need for what she said and her attitude especially with no provocation i understand you may have had a long day but the customer is not your outlet for your anger frustration or issues that you may have this post is to hopefully let management know theres an issue that needs to be addressed

This Burger King is so terrible. I’ve given them so many chances during lunch but they drive through is so slow! It shouldn’t take that long for one meal! Won’t be going back.
After 7:00pm we don’t recommend “BURGER KING” A friend & I went to get Burger King got 3 rock hard chicken sandwiches, cold assortment mix of onion rings & fries & flat coke’s. And I called them to let them know the trash I paid for!!! And advised them if it looks to bad for employees to eat please don’t sell it to customers. Seems to me they are just there for a check and they don’t care about public satisfaction it’s absolutely pathetic.This was at the El Campo location at 9:45pm.
