Went to DQ today to redeem my $5 reward. Cashier says scan it... Then cannot process it. Other staff says... Oh we don't have Internet so we cannot process it. Lost my reward. Asked manager and she said that they cannot do anything and tried to give me useless answers about how it was my fault because they always verify we have the reward before scanning. I told the cashier before I ordered. Then manager said that the cashier didn't know. Should that be the first thing the cashier gets instructed before manning the register Places wonder why their sales dip. Won't be back

I like Dairy Queen, and they have really good drinks and ice cream. However, these Jalitos were such crap. I can not believe they were served to us, and that's because we waited forever too.
I got the spicy tender basket and the chicken is spicy but no flavor. The service was Amazing and when I left the guy behind the counter said, "God bless you and have a great evening." You never hear that anymore and I want him to know he was heard and truly appreciated!! Please, keep it up!! We need more love and God in this world, that's why this country is falling apart.

Let’s get right into it. I come here for the awesome steak fingers and fries and gravy. It is always piping hot, and fresh. but lately they gave me old fries? and a small amount of fries with an 8 piece steak finger? (I order an extra large fry to make up for this but they must be fresh.) Toast is sometimes grilled sometimes not. The thing is I know the potential of this store, and this past time they knew they gave me old fries, and not the correct amount of steak fingers and when I told them, they said “so what do you want?” well that’s not the correct response.. first offer to remake the whole meal since things are different temps now. Offer the steak fingers I was shorted.. something, anything to show respect for the dollar.
