Eli is a terrible employee, yelled at my 10 year old for asking for bacon, didn’t wrap the sandwich and handed my wife a bag to bag our own food.

I frequently visit this Subway, and there is one girl in the morning that is super rude. I go in to this location 3-4 times a week. The other two girls that work in the morning are very polite. My issue is with the short hispanic girl with large round glasses. Honestly, I have no idea how she is still employed.
I went in this morning to order a sandwich and an unsweet tea. I get an unsweet tea every single time I visit. The short hispanic girl with round glasses told me that they never have unsweet tea, they only make one type of tea. That's not true unless they decided to stop selling unsweet tea today. I was just in there on Friday and they had two different types of tea. Then, in the middle of making my sandwich, she just walked off without saying anything! After that, I was done. I walked out.
This same employee just dumps the salt and pepper instead of sprinkling, so you are left with a giant pile of salt and pepper in the middle of your sandwich. I also ask for light mayo, and she just squirts it on there and leaves a nasty huge glob. If she hates her job, that's fine. She shouldn't take it out on customers.

Edited to add: I went in there today, and the rude employee was not working. Both kinds of tea were made. So, I guess when other people are working they do infact have both sweet and unsweetened tea.

The food is always good, the staff has been friendly every time I’ve been in. My only complaint, I drive 30 minutes to use this subway specifically because of the drive through option. The subway by my house does not have a drive through. I have come here probably 10 times since I moved to the area & every single time I come there is never anyone at the drive through window. I always have to park & go inside & say “I have a mobile order” instead of being able to just pick it up & go. No point in coming here for the drive through if there’s never anyone at the window to give you your order.

Went through the drive thru to be told that the drive thru was only for online orders. Very upset especially when we're on the go. Waste of time, this subway has gone downhill!!!

These new people need to acknowledge others that are waiting to order. Wednesday 9- 19 there were 4 employees. I was waiting and not one acknowledged me. All they were worried about was there breaks. These generations dont know nothing about customer service. Just terrible.

The 2 young ladies that are working there are awesome! I was greeted as I walked in, the lady asked what would I like today and started right away with making my sandwich with a huge smile and was very kind. I proceeded to pay when my card kept declining, not realizing I was using the wrong card; got nerves with the first decline and didn’t have another form of payment. The lady who was making my food; gosh I wish I was good with names because I didn’t catch it but the one who made my food told me, we can take your name/number and you can come back and pay use. I was like, ok! But as I walked away the lady said ma’am Don’t forget your food! I thought to myself I haven’t paid for the food, she says to me I don’t want u leaving without your food, just take the food and come back and pay us before 6 because that when we close. I thought that was so amazing, huge shout it to them for turning an embarrassing moment into outstanding service!!

Manager was unable to work and move the sandwiches along... She would stop and talk very frequently. When we walked in we were going to sit down to eat.. it took so long to get our sandwiches we took them to go. The two other workers were very efficient if the mgr would just get out of the way. Very sad circumstances.

had takeout, which was put in with PLENTY of time. Went to the store for errands & order was not ready. I don't blame the employee at all I blame the employer for allowing a young school-age kid to run the whole establishment on a weekend. The poor kid was really stressed trying to wait on customers and do orders BY HIMSELF. I felt sorry for the kid.They need to have at least 2 people at all times...... Do better Subway! I was patient with the kid but some folks arent
