The worst customer service ever!! They will stand there , not speak or even make eye contact with you. They will hide in the back so they don't have to wait on customers. I even tried calling, they will let it ring and ring.

The sign says they open at 9. I showed up at 9, the gate was still pulled down. I asked the woman inside the store what time she was going to open. She shrugged her shoulders at me and said "As soon as I am ready". Well, she still wasn't ready 30 minutes later either so I left. Both Subways in El Campo are horrible. They need to change their signs to reflect the time they actually open so people don't waste their time.

Ordered online 40 minutes before closing and got a call a few minutes that they had already put everything up and refused to make my meal that I had already paid for! When asked if they would cancel and refund me they said they didn’t know how so the manager would have to do in the morning! Are you kidding me? What’s the point of having online ordering if they refuse to serve you. I get that you want to get out on time but it was 40 minutes. I walked by the store and saw the two employees just sitting on a bench with the door clearly still open! What a bunch of lazy people. This location and the other are the exact same. Rude and lazy people working.

The woman who was working today (couldn't get her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag or of she was it was hidden) does not know how to make a sandwich. Everything piled in the middle, used 4 slices of cheese combined in one spot then took it off, replaced it and wanted to toast it again. Which would have burnt the sandwich. She is an older lady with black and grey hair. Her coworker came out to help and she practically ripped my stuff out of her hand and said she didn't need her help. If I see her working I avoid getting my sandwich from this location.

Came here last week and there were 3 teens working here playing around. It gave me vibes of a middle school cafeteria. They don’t wash their hands, they just throw on gloves after touching their phones and other things around the restaurant. The bread was very hard, wasn’t fresh at all. One of the girls leaned over the counter and played in the marinara sauce (stirring it around for no reason , breathing on it) with no gloves on. Disgusting!!!
