My family and I have been coming to 1/8th for a few years now. We always know we can come here to have a beautiful upscale dinner, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere. The price is reasonable, quality outstanding, family owned and proud. The owners will go out of their way to make you feel like you’re one of their own, Victoria especially, ask her recommendations and you will not be disappointed. If you’re looking for a place to have a great dinner with even better service THIS IS IT!

Unfortunately, the owner’s wife is the reason I won’t be returning. As previously stated by other reviews, she’s consistently rude and unwelcoming. From the moment we walked in, her attitude made us feel like we were bothering her just by being there. Any simple question was met with sarcasm or eye rolls. The food might be decent, but no meal is worth being treated like an inconvenience.

Edit to owners response:
First, the restaurant was not busy—it was nearly empty, which is why being made to wait 10 minutes for a table felt unnecessary and petty. We didn’t “make a scene”; we simply asked—after waiting 45 minutes without food or even appetizers—why things were taking so long. That’s a reasonable question, not a meltdown. As for the cooks, hats are not hairnets, and we watched them touch their hair while preparing food. If you think pointing out basic hygiene standards is “staring them down,” that says more about your team’s professionalism than ours. We came in excited to try your place, but your defensive response just confirms the attitude we experienced firsthand. Take accountability instead of gaslighting paying customers.

We really wanted to like this place, but the experience was incredibly uncomfortable mainly due to the owner. She was rude and condescending when we tried to sit down, making us wait 10 minutes for a family to leave a table for four, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Once seated, we were completely skipped over. We waited 45 minutes for our food, including appetizers, and when we asked about the delay, the owner responded with more rudeness. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff weren’t wearing hairnets and were repeatedly touching their hair while cooking. It was disappointing and unsanitary. The atmosphere could’ve been great, but the attitude and lack of professionalism ruined the experience.

The food(Marsala) and wine are on point. This will be my go-to spot every time in El Paso simply for the food and great company in the folks that work here.

While the food is good, my experience was marred by the service from the owner (female). The restaurant is notably quiet during the week, (been there a few times). This is consistent.
The menu features a variety of appealing dishes, and I must commend the kitchen for preparing flavorful meals. However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the demeanor of the owner. I found her to be quite rude and not at all accommodating. Her condescending attitude when discussing seating options made what should have been a pleasant dining experience feel uncomfortable.
It's a shame because the restaurant has potential with good food, but the service left a sour note. I hope they consider the importance of hospitality and how it enhances the dining experience. It's not a welcoming ambiance.

One of the best pizza’s we’ve had in El Paso. Classic thin crunchy crust with top tier toppings. Atmosphere is romantic and fun. Bar tender and waitress were very friendly and welcoming

The service was exceptional, with Matt providing a 10/10 experience. His friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable.

Now, let’s talk about the food! I highly recommend the Diablo pasta with chicken. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a delightful blend of flavors that left me craving more. A true chef’s kiss!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

Got an Ice Tea and Salad with Shrimp. Not filling and not $60 worth. I still left a good tip, but I’m not eating here again. Also, hard to find parking and it took me a min to even find the door/place. Had to drive around the block multiple times. I came home and immediately ate something. I’d rather go to Olive Garden. Also, what’s up with the bottled tea?

Great service and unique environment. The craft cocktails are excellent! We love the old school Margaritas. The food is consistently delicious. The Cioppino is the best anywhere and their Calamari is outstanding! Their pizzas are excellent and the crust is standout! I highly recommend 1/8 th. You won’t be sorry! Reservations recommended on weekend evenings.

First time there, it was great! We had the bruschetta, shrimp pasta, and supreme pizza. Everything was perfect and made from scratch. There is also a full bar and a great wine selection. The staff made you fell welcomed and appreciated.

1/8 Pizza Pub was RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND in El Paso and we finally got to try it on our recent trip. Food was great and the service even better! We shared a Suprimo Pizza and enjoyed every bite. Salad with their tasty house dressing was crispy and fresh. The restaurant was smaller than I expected but everything was top notch. We will definitely be back the next time we're in El Paso!

Parking: I don't think they have their own parking lot and we had to move out of the parking lot for the tavern next door, out to the street to park. Took a couple passes around the block to find someplace safe to park, down the street from 1/8 Pizza Pub.
