We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. The lobster bisque was very good. The turkey dinner was fine, and the cranberry with chipotle sauce was original. The wine selection is good even by the glass. The service was outstanding. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and our evening there.
Service excellent. Lovely restaurant, love the booth seating. Been a few times. FOOD- Bread delicious especially cranberry scone. Wedge salad and lobster bisque excellent, amuse bouche terrible, wagyu Bolognese delicious, turkey roulade tasty but a little dry, ribeye steak very chewy, poivre sauce tasty. roasted veggies not roasted enough and hard, chocolate cake enormous, enough for 4 people and delicious!
First time customer. Overall good experience, although they forgot it was a celebration dinner and never brought the additional side order.
Wife and I love celebrating special occasions here. Never disappoints. Staff is really great too
Good food and excellent service could stand some help with the wine menu. It is appalling.
Everything was delicious!! Elegant/sophiscated ambiance. Our waiter Roberto was knowledgeable and took good care of us! The tastes were exquisite. My husband got the Japenese Waygu and I got the Half Chicken. Waygu was creamy out of this world good. The half chicken and risotto with mushrooms was SO good just some of chicken was slightly dry. The wedge salad was decadent! The noise level would have been a 1 but some family brought a toddler. This restaurant has no “kids” menu.
Took the wife here for her birthday, and we loved it. Great atmosphere, quite, phenomenal service and not crowded. Feel free to dress up or go business casual.
We both got a steak, appetizers and a couple drinks, and price wasn't too terrible for what we expected with this type of restaurant. Dinner for two will run you between $200-$300 depending of you get drinks and/or appetizers, but the food is all worth it.

The meal was excellent. It was a beautiful atmosphere. The service was good, but they slipped on the little things. I poured my own wine, we don’t have water, they didn’t ask us if we wanted coffee or a digestif. For the cost, you expect more.

Spectacular service, outstanding food, super awesome ambiance. I can't say enough good things about 1700!
This restaurant is sooo good! From the professionalism of the waiting staff, new tasting ideas given to the guests, knowledgeable waiting staff, kind customer service, photos of every food item and great food!!! The food tasted VERY GOOD and was well proportioned size. This is the restaurant you should bring your wife or husband to.

It seemed like it tasted ok but my wife and I ended up getting really sick in the middle of the night and the next day....awful
Prime ribeye was chewy. Waitress didn’t check if it was cooked to my desire. For $86 you’d think they would. Knife choice was a nice touch though. Otherwise service and atmosphere superb.

Food was phenomenal, the ambience was amazing. Such an elegant restaurant with great service.
We had a great family dinner. Beautiful interior, delicious food, and professional service.
1700 Steakhouse definitely lived up to its reputation! We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. We were met with champagne, seated at a beautiful booth, and provided perfect attention - just the correct amount. We ordered the vegetable side as an appetizer and steaks for dinner. A gigantic piece of chocolate cake completed our meal. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.
