They used to have the best loaded oatmeal. We decided to give it another try yesterday and were very disappointed. Our oatmeal was cold and very under cooked! This was our place to go to have a quick breakfast and coffee. Coffee and tea are great, but super disappointed at their oatmeal. We went frequently, and decided to give it another try. No thank you!

The coffee is spectacular, definitely one of the best I've ever tried, with a flavour and aroma that really stand out. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the presentation.

They serve it in a disposable cup with a lid, but this lid is very uncomfortable, it gets too hot and it's difficult to drink the coffee comfortably, which means you end up burning your lips when trying to enjoy it.

It's a shame, because the coffee is excellent and deserves a presentation that lives up to expectations.

Today was my family and I’s first time trying this place out. I got a salted caramel cold foam latte that came out pretty quick and was delicious! My parents got two regular drip coffees with half and half, and we also ordered a muffin and a bagel with no tomato’s or green chiles. The girl ended up taking off the muffin so we had to re check out to get it. That didn’t bother us too much but definitely wasn’t feeling off to a great start. While one drink came out quick, we began to notice how everyone behind us had started getting their coffees before my parents. We waited awhile before I made a comment out loud like “they’re not working on it” when someone finally asked if we were waiting on something. They did quickly start working on it but we didn’t appreciate it taking them awhile to acknowledge. And lastly, as I was finally getting ready to open my bagel sandwich I saw tomato’s written all over it!! We were already a bit annoyed so we didn’t feel like correcting them and we went on with our day. We are from out of town anyways but if we weren’t, definitely wouldn’t want to come back :(

came in today and there was a lovely lady working the front she had brown hair and beautiful brown eyes and a tongue piercing I didn't get her name but she was very lovely she said if my drink was too sweet she would remake it I highly recommend this place

The place was awesome. Staff was friendly and fast, and I will definitely go again and recommend you give the a shot.

Me and 2 of my friends came in on Thanksgiving because they were the only shop open in the area. Absolutely amazing coffee!!

I had the Pumpkin Pie Latte and it was phenomenal.

This place has definitely become our favorite spot for coffee. We live in Austin but when were out here in El Paso visiting family we make it a point to stop and grab us some yummy coffee to go! This particular weekend we had above and beyond service by an exceptional and very well knowledgeable young man by the name of Justin that we had to post about... The 3 consecutive days we visited, his attention to detail in service got even better each time! Justin also seemed to be multi-tasking: training other baristas all-while attending to customers respectfully and creating delicious lattes! Hope this young man gets the promotion/raise he deserves! & we can't wait to visit 2ten again(very soon we hope)!

No one in front of me and they didn’t even take my order
Had to leave or wouldn’t make it to work since they obviously would take a while to place my order and give me my drink

I go to this location often because it’s down the street from where I work and it’s convenient. I appreciate that the baristas mostly all know my name and are welcoming when I come in. The food often disappoints me though. I got the new breakfast tacos (the potato and egg ones) and in theory, they look delicious. The order is supposed to come with three tacos, and one of the tacos I received has zero egg in it…and to be honest, the tacos did not taste that great. The tater tots were so crispy and overcooked.
I am vegetarian and have on multiple occasions had to return because my breakfast sandwiches have bacon on them when I order them without. I really enjoy this spot for it’s convenience but it’s days like today where I spend a lot of money on food and then I don’t get what I’m hoping for, and it drives me to not want to return.

As frequent customers of this location, we often look forward to stopping by almost daily as the employees are friendly and welcoming and the coffee is fantastic. Unfortunately, anytime we have to interact with the manager it creates a poor experience. She consistently acts bothered to be at the coffee shop and to have to interact with customers. We will no longer visit this location solely to avoid having the negative and rude interaction with her. I sincerely hope the owners or higher management address the situation before more loyal customers are lost.

Extremely poor customer service per the manager herself. The employees are great. Yet she always acts as if you’re bothering her….disrespectful. It is my sincere hope that ownership makes the necessary changes to ensure excellent customer service in a competitive space.
