First time there today. Drove by on my way to the convenience store and decided to stop and check it out. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm glad I gave into my curiosity. Alex greeted me with a warm smile and hug and explained the shake and tea menu. I'm so glad I got to try one of each because they were delicious! The shake was my favorite. I tried the flavor of the month and though I can't remember the name of it, it tastes just like a pumpkin cheesecake - yum!!! Guys, seriously, go check her out; super friendly service and super delicious, and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner alternatives to the fast food junk we normally eat when in a hurry.Thank you, Alex! I'll be back soon! :)

Had a great time at True Nutrition. I had the Strawberry Shake and then the Pomegranate Ice Tea. Both were amazing! The Ice Tea is a MUST TRY! Friendly staff made me feel right at home. I will 100% be coming back again! Thanks for the amazing experience True Nutrition!
