I was gonna give 4 stars, but it's a solid 5-star for the 915. Been some time that I went to a restaurant and everything was delicious. From the ginger lemonade, to the beet salad, the proscuitto panini,, and even the truffle fries! Especially the fries! Breads and pastas are made fresh in-house and you can taste the difference. It's an open kitchen and you can see the chefs and cooks working diligently and taking pride in what theyre doing. Can't wait to go...
