Asked for the Ada's Special Burrito with no cheese and sour cream, got a special burrito with a lot of cheese and sour cream and permanent marker streaks that tore through the foil and marked the tortilla. Got served after the 3 customers that came after us, waited a long time for a mistake, wasn't listened to about the food allergies, wasn't a good experience overall. Would be great if more restaurants were considerate of simple requests to accommodate for allergies, but experiences like this waste a lot of time and gas having to go back to the restaurant to remedy this situation and are a result of disrespecting the customer by not listening to simple requests.

The service was great. The manager and waitresses were very attentive and made sure you had what you needed. On the food aspect, it was very flavorful and delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the tostadas at the beginning of the meal. When a restaurant brings you stale tostatdas from a bag when there is a full kitchen and availability to fry tortillas, it opens your food experience with a mediocre start, having said that after the slow start the dishes are delicious.

Tried the chile colorado burrito. I'm not impressed with the taste.. chile tasted more like Chipotle than chile Colorado. The tortilla was too crispy.. made a mess while eating it. Coffee was bland.. atmosphere was bland.. service was good, but overall I will not return. The salsa had so much onion taste..I came out with stinky breath .. due to onions and red sauce used in burritos.

We were visiting from San Antonio area and were looking for a good local Mexican restaurant. Ada’s was perfect. EVERYTHING was good!!! Salsa was obviously homemade and very good. Chicken enmoladas (mole enchiladas) were incredible!! Rice was different than we are used too but we really enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Very friendly family that owns the restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

I don't want to hurt their rating but it seems I just ordered wrong. I eat out everyday and have Facebook page Chico Eats to review. Iam very direct in my review I don't hold back anything . The Salsa is good. Make your own chips,store bought ones are bad. Enfrijolasas. Not the best. I wanted refried beans and way too much onion. Queso fundido horrible. Got solid as a rock. Prices great. Staff great. Clean place. I'll go back for second chance
This place not only serves great food at good prices but the staff and owner are genuinely nice and provide excellent service . The menudo was incredible . Will definitely be coming back!

Tried this place out for the first time. To start off, the salsa was delicious. The Mexican Plate was really good. I wasn't too fond of the rice because it was a bit too dry for my taste. We had excellent service. It was a good stop.
