Good food, very dirty
Good place. Price is not bad, we had arrachera and it was good. The tacos where also great, definitely will return to try their huge selection menu.
It's always good to come here. Feel welcomed every time. Food is good and employees are friendly. 😋

When we got there we had good costumer service although the totopos had mold on it , the clamato especial only had two little pieces of shrimp and tasted like straight valentina hot sauce. the tostadas I got had pieces of avocado with black spots. I couldn't even eat the food. Overall paid $30 for two tostadas two beers and a clamato. Worst $30 i've ever waisted, save your money and go to zarape restaurant down the road 100% way better!!!

Went for a clamato and lunch and when i got the beer with jerky it tasted old and nothing like clamato. Tasted like expired lemon. The atmosphere was very dark and messy. Very hot with no ac and only one small fan. When we ate the chips and salsa the chips had mold on them and salsa had no flavor. Got my enchiladas and the chicken tasted old and was a dark in color. Also the beans had a very off taste. Save your money and go to El sarape right down the road.

Decided to try this place since it's on my way home. The food was great and prices are reasonable. We went after lunch time so the place was empty. The wait wasn't too long and the staff was friendly. I had the gordita plate and it did not disappoint.

Save your money and do not go to this place it is absolutely disgusting, the tostadas were burnt and old, the lemonade was so old the sodas were flat and had no flavor as well. We ordered asada tacos and they gave us pork meat. My little one wanted chicken nuggets and she got burned nuggets so we requested new ones and the second ones were just dipped in oil and served them like that never again will we be going !
Restaurantji Recommends
Wouldn't go back even if they paid me Ive never written a review before but for this burritos I had to I asked for 4 different types of meats and they gave me whatever they wanted and I realized till I got home and I'm too far to go back wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

It was our first time visiting the place we were super excited because we had heard Socorro has the best food. We were quickly disappointed I wanted to walk out once they took a very long time to bring our drinks. My daughter ordered an agua de Jamaica, my son an horchata, we went through the tostadas and salsa who were the best thing of all we had, and still no drinks. We saw a lady walk in with a bag of ice literally about 30 minutes after we ordered the drinks we figured they had I ran out of ice and that was causing the delay. Our issue is they could have informed us and offered us another option. Sodas, for instance were in the fridge and already cold. A little explanation always goes a long way.. Things happen we get it. Well we thought it would get better we ordered an appetizer it was not what we had asked for we got queso fundido with chorizo we got rajas instead. We didn’t complain we were very hungry by then, so we just ate it. Right after the appetizer our food, came my son ordered a torta the bread was cold very little meat not very presentable. Served on a French bread not a Mexican bolillo. I ordered an arrachera plate omg the tiny bit of meat was raw and most of it was that really hard part of the meat mostly fat the hard part though i’m not really sure what it’s called but it was not meat and I was never given a knife so it was very frustrating trying to get the most meat out of that so called steak. The plate cost me $15 or at least that was the price listed on the menu, I ended up not paying that because I complained after when I went to get my ticket and I was very upset with our total. The lady did give me credit for the steak plate and offered an apology. I had asked for Mexican beer both times they said they were out once I waited for them to bring it again a little longer than usual. I ended up asking for a lemonade. The lemonade was not good at all, but tasted more like water and sugar. I have added the pic of my arrachera plate.

Saw the reviews and decided to take a chance. Unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the tacos de asada and it was mostly gristle. The chips were cold and soggy and the queso had no chorizo.
