I absolutely love going to the Alamo although I've been a little let down by them recently. While the actual movie watching experience is amazing, the dining service just isn't. A couple of times now my orders have taken a very long time to come out, if not outright forgotten. It's frustrating to wait on a refill of popcorn for about 40 minutes without having to remind staff... or just have to sit there with no water despite ordering it early on. It really isn't...
First time here, and this place is amazing! The venue and the people. Kayla walked me patiently thru the offerings of the venue and made for a wonderful experience perfectly polite and energetic. The food and drink options offer something for everyone. The seating and cleanliness in all aspects were top notch. Will definitely be coming back and if you have not been ...do yourself a favor and go enjoy a movie it is fantastic!!!!
Servers leave a bit to be desired; wrote 3 diff requests and finally had to flag one down to be told the item I wanted was unavailable. Have been there several times and service is always hit or miss.
