The service is absolutely horrible. The breakfast burritos are 3.49 and the other ones are 3.99. I got 2 breakfast burritos and 3 regular ones. I pointed out to the lady with the black hair that she had charged me 3.99 for all of them and she just had an annoyed look on her face and took the receipt back. Didn’t even apologize. The next time I went and asked for a large coffee but there was only the little bit at the bottom. When I asked the girl with the black hair she gave me an ugly attitude and asked me if I could get a small so she wouldn’t have to make another pot. The last time the lady with the red hair gave me salsa with my order with no problem and when I asked the girl with the black hair she was trying to charge for the tiny little cups. She even charged me for the bag I used to put the pan Dulce in. It seems like ever since the breakfast burrito situation she just has attitude every time I go. The very last time I went I asked for beans in the burritos like I always do and there wasn’t any. That may have been the cook making a mistake but it’s very frustrating to be dealing with a problem every time I go. Food is good but the tables are never clean.

Food is amazing!! Service however is terrible. I called to order ahead got put on hold and forgotten. I was already driving over got there and no line just plain forgotten. These girls have terrible attitudes and not friendly at all. Finally ordered my burritos after waiting 10 min to be attended again there was no line. Then burritos sat there another 5 min til I asked if those were mine. It's Irritating how bad this service is. This place has great food and could probably double or triple their earnings if you had the correct people in place.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at Alejandros. The drive-thru moves at a snails pace and when it was our turn the guy attending the window would not sell me a chocolate donut. "If you want bakery items you must come inside." Now, let's get to the Tamales. 1. Very under cooked. 2. The Tamal stuck to the oja and clearly dry as masapan. 3. The meat had decent flavor, but clumped together and difficult to cut through. 4. Ordered what was suppose to be 2 shrimp soup and got 5lbs of potatoes in my soups and old shrimp mixed with cooked shrimp. They said it was dried shrimp. Yeah right! It was so gross. I would never buy from there again and would not recommend. They dont even try to make things right, cause they dont care. If I could I wouldn't even give one star.

Excellent place for Sunday morning menudo bread. The kitchen closes a bit early but the barbacoa and carnitas are very good. The red salsa is dynamite! Quite literally. If you enjoy super spicy, that's the one. We loved it

Like all the food there but twice my mom and i have not gotten good service from a lady there she had been mean to my mom and even to people on the phone telling them she dont have time to explain what they have on the menu. So i havent gone back. I dont know the lady’s name but i know she worked next door at la victoria.
