DON'T STOP. My family & I all got together for a bday. The service was beyond horrible. There was a hair in the food. And, when we asked for the manager there was none. There were 2 young boys running the restaurant. This young teenager told me that our big party had to split the ticket equally among 17 of us regardless of what we ate. Plus we had to tip 18% regardless if we liked the service or not. We will never stop here again. Not worth all the stress we experienced.

Im from Houston it’s my first time here I said let me try itThe place it’s good looking , but the service bad when I told the cashier I want to dinner in he get made and the food came to the table cold except the soup the fatoush it’s have cheap products instead of fry bread in the top they put salad corton the lettuce it’s just came out from the freezer and I know it’s supposed to be Roman lettuce not the cheap one like cabbage and the mixed grill it’s super cold the rice cold also for sure next time I’m not gonna come back to this place
Kofta was very good but doesn’t make sense to charge extra for a pita! You guys shoukd serve bread at least couple pieces. The servers outfit was so dirty! I don’t understand how the owners let him work with those stains on his tshirt or dont they see it? And when you hire a server provide some training! It’s not give the menu give the food and you become a server!

This is the worst restaurant I reached here at 7:05 pm and they said they are going to close at 8:30 pm. We were a total of 7 people, so we asked them to merge 2 tables and the guy told us to do it ourselves. We waited 30 minutes for them to at least provide us the menu let alone take the order. Eventually, after all this wait we had to leave and find another place to eat. The people working there should work on getting their attitude and tone right and serve their customers respectfully.

I’ve only had delivery but will go in eventually. Their food is awesome, the 5 stars are well deserved. My favorite dishes so far have been the gyro and the chicken shawarma sandwiches, absolutely great.

Why ask if a reservation has been made if there are plenty open tables and like two customers in the restaurant. Awkward. Food was good. Check out service was not. If one does not know how to split checks just say so and save us all a headache. Overall D+

We were driving past El Paso and looking for halal food options. We ordered 2 chicken shawarma sandwiches, 3 beef and lamb sandwiches and a beef and lamb plate. The portion size for the sandwich and plate was extremely disappointing. I would say the amount of food received for the platter was kid sized. Definitely not enough food for the price charged. Also the taste of the beef and lamb did not have a Mediterranean spice taste, more like a taco seasoning taste but maybe that's just a Texan thing. For future improvement, I think management needs to reconsider the portion sizes that are offered.
