I ordered a flower arrangement and it took them 2 days to answer my messages after I had already sent them the money. They had not noted that I had even placed an order. When they delivered my arrangement they gave me the box with the flowers inside flipped over upside down and they did not add anything that my order described. They were very rude when delivering and their customer service was very rude .

Terrible customer service, young kid has no manners. Got the wrong order , went back and they gave the wrong order AGAIN . Asked for Kit Kat and they gave us snickers crapes. I’m allergic to nuts and could have died. Never go here.

Do NOT purchase if you need timely delivery.

We purchased flowers for a funeral. We were told they would arrive timely at 5. We called back they said they were on route. Two hours later the flowers had not arrived. During a time of mourning, we had to contact store. The owner sent pic of receipt stating all sales final.

Ordered flowers to pick up and left the deposit
When I text them the day I was supposed to pick them up they never answered when I got to the store the employee said she didn't have it ready that the owner never told them they had an order. I tried to cancel and she ended up convincing me to keep the order that they would deliver. I waited all day for them to deliver the flowers and nothing then I texted them again and now is making up excuses saying they didn't have the flowers for the specific arrangement I ordered but then they said I could still pick it up on Wednesday and I would not have to pay the rest of the money "owed"
I guess she never bothered to check on tue note the employee left saying I payed everything!! the day I was supposed to pick it up and they were going to deliver it for free because they didn't have my arrangement ready on time so she just kept making excuses for not delivering on what I had already paid for
Honestly for 200 you would expect them to at least have the arrangement ready on time for pick up the day you set up.
Just really bad service overall amd the owner doesn't take any responsibility just making up excuses and ignoring my text asking for the refund for the flowers I never got

Very disappointed. The flowers from this place look beautiful, but their customer service SUCKS. They need to get their hours straight, and one of the ladies (not sure if she's the owner) lacks customer service skills. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place. Never again.

As other individuals on the reviews, I was deceived. PLEASE do NOT purchase flowers from this business. I received a birthday arrangement which was supposed to be preserved florals. I saved them in my closet, and when I went back to the container, they had mold. I realized they did not provide the type of arrangement they said at the time of purchase.. save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! Based on all the reviews, it is clear that the business does not provide good customer service OR services in general . DO NOT BE DECEITFUL JUST TO GET A SALE!

I do not recommend them Aloha florist does not fulfill what it promises. On February 14 I placed an order for 3 bouquets in the note it said that they would deliver from 10 to 5 and they came delivering my bouquets at 7 and 8 at night and when I contacted this lady I He says that the bouquets are now free and that he would also refund me the money if it was on Friday and I go and he comes up with something else that he can't refund me anything since it came out well. He agreed to return part of it to me, to which I agreed. He asked for my cash app user telling me that he would return something to me and to date he has not returned anything to me. I already sent him a message and email and I don't know anything, he has communicated with me just so that I can be careful when making deals at this Aloha flower shop

Extremely disappointed in this place. I placed an order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered on valentine's day, when I asked if they could deliver them at a specific time they told me that I would have to pay an extra 25 dollars, which I did so my wife could receive her flowers at work. The flowers were never received, when I called on Valentine's Day at 4pm, I never got an answer. Until 9pm I received a call from the person who was making the deliveries, she apologized and told me that she had nothing to do with the situation, that the florist had hired her to do the delivery and that the flower shop had given her all the orders late. I must admit that she was very kind and told me that if I wanted she could take the flowers to wherever I told her, I kindly told her that it was no longer necessary and that the next day I would call the flower shop to make the claim. Today I dialed at 9 am and immediately they answered me, the person who answered me very kindly listened to me and assured me to return the money as soon as I could send them a picture of the receipt and that as an act of apology they would deliver the flowers at no cost. When I listened to her good will I agreed to get the flowers deliver even though a day had already passed. By 3pm nor the flowers had been delivered as promised nor I had received my reimbursement, even though I had sent my receipt since 9am. Once again I called and the same lady from the morning answered the phone I explained to her that nor the flowers or the money had been received and as kind as the first time apologized and excused herself saying that she was making deliveries and was busy, I asked her to please send me my money in that moment since I had payed trough a zelle transaction, she agreed and did so. She then went out to ask me (once again) if i wanted the flowers delivered, I replied that at this point I wasnt sure because I didn't want the same story to repeat itself. One again I trusted her and asked her if she taught it will be possible to get the flowers delivered by 5pm, she was honest and replied that it would not be possible since she was far from the area, but that if I provided her with an additional address she would get them delivered past 5. Well it's 11pm and no flowers were ever delivered. Its such a shame that they have no professionalism as their work is very beautiful. Sadly I will never be placing any orders with them in the future.

I was disappointed in the fact that I was deceived. when I asked on time to be delivered, I was told first thing on that day. I could have made a choice to take my business somewhere else to my needs .It is not right to deceive people to get a sale .
