Love this place!! It’s my favorite place to eat at in El Paso. The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the customer service is the best! Everything on the menu is tasty but I definitely recommend the BBQ Beef, the Hamburger Steak, and the Spam Musubi. The Katsu sauce is my favorite sauce from their menu and it goes great with the Spam Musubi. You need to try this place if you haven’t already. At the moment they are only doing takeout orders, and you have to order online, but it’s totally worth it.

Very disappointed in thier customer service. I called to place an order and was told to order online in a very rude manner, like if she was scolding a child. The food is good but their attitude really leaves a bad taste and experience. When we picked up our food, I asked the lady if I could get some extra soy sauce and was rudely told "You have to pay for it". I didn't say "May I HAVE some extra soy sauce". Very rude lady, zero customer service. I have never taken time out of my life to leave review for bad customer service, congrats your the first!!

This place has really gone downhill and it's sad. Customer service is non-existent. They give you the tiniest containers for sauces and their max is two per order. Even if you tell them you'll pay for more They limit you to only paying with cash or card depending on the time. The food is also not at great as before.

Their food is good but they always close early!! Their site says they close at 6p so I called at 5:30p to place an order and I got sent to voicemail saying that they were closed. Another day I even called at 5p and asked them what time they closed and she said 6p!!

I really enjoyed this place. I went to Hawaii over a year ago and this food is very similar to everything I tried over there. Customer service could use some improvement and the place could definitely use a remodeling and better cleaning. Servings here are very generous and the prices are great, considering the amount of food you get. I would love to see them offer Hawaiian desserts and maybe even Aloha Maid or Hawaiian Sun canned beverages. Those are a must with Hawaiian food!

They aren't allowing dine in as of May20,2021 However that doesn't stop them. You order online via the website or grub hub. Once notified you walk in and pick the order up. At the front of the store they have tables with grey bins for the pick up orders. The food is just as good as always. Nice portions w/o breaking the bank. Quick tip: the grub hub notification via Yelp is slow by about 5 minutes. The grub hub app is spot on.

2 years ago i gave this place 5 stars but now May 8, 2021 i give 1 or 2 stars. This place went down in the dumps. Due to covid, they want you to order thru their app. They posted instructions on their window which was very confusing. After figuring it out, i ordered from the online website and whoa no drinks lol... So I ordered anyways and went to a different place to get a drink smh. I did all this on my 1 hr lunch and i didnt get to eat cuz I didnt have enough time:(
Wow! So disappointed with the food quality and quantity. The bbq short ribs was bland not to mention 1 piece goes with the combo and chicken Katsu wasn’t even a chicken but fish. The kalua pork tasted ok but didn’t expect the cabbage to be separated like that. The fried shrimp wasn’t even fried but looked like it was heated in a microwave. I drove 30 mins to have a bit of taste from home but what was serve isn’t aloha.

Very disappointed with the way you have to order. Too many darn steps and then the food was not ready on time. They are so rude. Never again. Not worth the hassle. Customer service needs major improvement.Got home. The food is amazing. First impressions are crucial.

This is like my 4th time coming here and I've always ordered their chicken Katsu plate with rice and macaroni. I'm highly satisfied with this restaurant! All of their workers has great customer service and I love the chicken katsu! I will be coming back again! Thank you for what y'all do during this pandemic!
