Terrible. I ordered mac salad but they gave me white rice. No greeting, no customer service. I understand the COVID situation but they left my food on the table and nobody was there. I don't want to come back again. I heard that this restaurant is good but no. Disappointed. I don't even want to give them a star. Don't deserve it. Just terrible.
Love this place! Not only is the food delicious but the staff is amazing and very friendly. I love their Chicken Katsu and the Kalua Pork. We always order the family meal which is always more than enough. Which is great because then we get to have leftovers! My last visit was today when I ordered our usual and was greeted by an amazing employee whom I believe to be one of the cooks. I asked if I could get extra sauces because they are so delicious. He gave me plenty at no extra charge. Love that they are so accommodating ! We are so happy that they are still open during this tough time. Unfortunately we can no longer eat at their location but at least we can still take it home! Thank you Aloha Hawaiian BBQ!
Dude, I get that you're following steps to protect yourself from corona. MOST other restaurants are as well, you don't have to cover your window with bitter handwritten signs about it. Do you hate the virus or do you hate your customers?I HATE coming to this place to pick up. The staff lies about the wait time. It's ok to be delayed, mistakes happen and restaurants get unexpectedly busy. However, when you tell me "wait 5 minutes" then "wait 10 more minutes" to basically keep me standing outside your restaurant wasting my time instead of at least running a quick personal errand during the actual 1 hour that it took you to have the food ready. Why not be honest upfront? Other restaurants are. If you hate delivery why even partner?
Usually never disappointed. It can be expensive but it’s always so worth it, unfortunately not this time? I paid extra to have the two scoops of Mac and 1 scoop of rice and when i got home i only had two small scoops of watered down rice. I had a ton of the bbq chicken but only a couple pieces of katsu and 1 short rib. No rice. It sucks because i talked so highly of the food and i ordered it for my parents to try and this time i wish i would have just gone somewhere else. I called to try to see if i could at least get the refund for the sides only but it’s always busy. I hope it’s not like this all the time, i really loved it
Been to this place to pick up for take out and it's been pretty good. Keep in my I hadn’t ate here in a few months so decide to call in an order at 7:00pm on Sunday, picked up my order at about 7:40 since they we pretty busy... I ordered satay chicken come to find when I get home 30 to 40min later that my plate is only grilled chicken with no satay at all ? I was so mad because that’s the whole flavor to my plate...

The food is absolutely amazing RITA does not deserve to work here for she has absolutely no customer service or peopl skills period . I will be sure to let everyone I have ever recommended this wonderful restaurant to, to never go again. This woman is a threat to the owners livelihood and even had the full to have a shouting match with me and say “call the owner I don’t care” if you own this restaurant and care about your livelihood get rid of this incompetent, rude woman .
So I always order from this place because the food is always amazing, however today will be the last time we order from here. The owner needs to look into the people they hire. The lady RITA didn’t know what she was doing and was so incredibly rude. When her service was addressed, the lady responded with “call the owners I don’t care”. I’d rather spend my money ANYWHERE ELSE. This is an older lady you have representing your business acting like a child and arguing, yelling really, at customers.
The food here is always great, however the manager there Rita is extremely rude has ZERO customer service skills. I called to place an order for pick up and when I told her I would pay for it over the phone with card she just left me on hold for a long time. The owner should consider replacing her for another manager with better customer service skills.
Amazing food as always but this customer service is horrible. I understand that with the virus it's hard. But to tell my wife after we were standing outside for 10 mins trying to call in before when someone finally answered. When they did answer my wife said that we're here and been trying to call ( with no attitude) we get " we'll i was on the phone and like i said just come in and get your food off the table" with an attitude. If someone would have said this before we would have done so instead outside trying to call waiting in front of a sign that says stop.
Me and my wife called this place to placed an order, and the lady or the cashier put us on hold for almost 15mins but clearly she's just having a conversation with the other workers. Its unprofessional. It makes sense thats why everytime we call its always BUSY because the cashier always just put the phone on the side and she going to tell us to hold eventhough she's not doing anything. If i can put 0 star i would. Im not going to recommend this place to my other soldier friends
I love this place for Hawaiian food for El Paso. I ordered the Katsu chicken and all mac. I live 30 min away and picked up the order like I always do but when I opened it up it was all rice instead of Mac that you pay extra for. So if you go to pick up an order make sure it's right.....
