Dante was wonderful!! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I went with a party of 5 and we were all happy with our meal. Make sure you make a reservation because they do get busy for dinner. I would recommend this place.

The food did take a while to come out, but once it arrived it was well worth the wait. The guacamole was top notch, fresh and full of flavor, and the grilled chicken tinga was absolutely out of this world — easily the standout dish of the meal. One item I’d skip next time is the salmon...

Had the pleasure of dining at Ámbar a few nights ago and was really impressed with the atmosphere and the service provided by our server – Dante – very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and local history.
