Went once after seeing so many videos about the fufu and decided to try, I ordered online for pick up, (30 min Uber eats wait). Once order was ready or so it said I went to pick up. Was pretty much just ignored but I know different ppl have different customs so I approached the counter and said I was there to pick up… . I had to sit and wait another hour and change for them to be actually make my food because nothing had been done. And when the lady who I assume is the manager told the employee he seemed completely clueless as to what he did with my order. Prices did not match either. The food was very good I got the fufu with chicken egusi and some drinks. But the overall unpleasant annoying hot environment and experience made it all not even worth it. I wanted to like this place so much and it was a disappointment through and through. I’d rate the atmosphere and service 0 stars if I could

This food was absolutely horrible. I'm here traveling and the meat smelled spoiled, the rice had no taste and I'm just hoping I don't get sick.

Don’t waste your money here. We had gone there before waited for a few minutes and no one came out so we left. Today we decided to call our order in. The phone was answered with a “hello” when we placed the order the person on the line didn’t say anything, didn’t take a name nothing simply hung up. When we got there there was a lady behind the counter and asked if we called an order in. It took 30 minutes to get our food. 2 dishes was over $50! Got home and to our surprise the food was horrible and tasted old even the fufu had a stale taste, Almost as if the beef had been made days ago. I have never had fufu and red stew beef or egusi taste that way. Not worth the money at all. It was so disappointing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.Arrived to an empty restraunt for dinner. Service was minimal with food arriving only warm with a dried up, reheated presentation. The food was so dry and terrible with lack of flavor.Went to pay, and was charged for a dishes that was not ordered only to be told that all chicken costs the same no matter the dish and that their menus they provided, didn't have the correct prices. Bad business practice to strong arm you for money at the register where you do not feel there is appropriate recourse for a resolution.

The food was not good at all. It was not freshly made and the goat was not good neither was the dry chicken. Three of us went in and ordered completely different dishes. The two chicken dishes were the same but was was supposed to be jerked and the other fried. Both was backed or broiled. Totally disappointed ?!!!! Also the prices that are on the menu are different from what they charged me at the registers...go figure

Siri......Play, Mama Africa, by Akon ♥️?Been going here since fall of 2016. My food is good Everytime I go.There is but Two constant Grandmother's working in the kitchen there. This is would be the reason for any uncommon/unusual wait times. And the food is prepared when you order it(from scratch), like your Mom/Granny does at home. Be as patient with them, as you would your own elders please. The food is gold for pallette.Mostly Nigerian cuisine.P.s. people who wrote bad reviews were likely in a rush (therefore they were also likely rude), from what I did read. Imagine being mean to your Mom/Motherly figure, when you're hungry?.

The overall experience here was terrible. Upon arriving it took ten minutes to be greeted. The woman in the register was with a customer. Not once did she say hello or said she would be right with us. So mean while my family and I decided to look around at the items being sold there (we waited because my family and I really wanted to try their food, after reading the good reviews). A young lady came out from the back with food for one table and we expected to be seated or at this point anything! We finally decided to sit down and look for the menu online. We ordered six different dishes. Keep in mind the prices in the menus are not the current prices they charge towards the end and they do not discourse that. They also have a sign saying to be patient with our order due to it being done from scratch. Well, people kept coming in to eat and they were seated and served their food between 15-20 min. Our food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive! We sat there the whole time. They came out once saying your food is almost done. We thought about leaving but honestly it was a lot of food that was being made so we stayed. Finally when the food came.. it was even more disappointing. The chicken was old, did not taste good at all. It looked like it had been reheated multiple times, the fish had a foul smell, the goat was very tough and the taste overall was not pleasant, the rice in all dishes was instant rice just reasoned different. The fufu was not brought with a side dish of water how everyone else had been. Upon leaving we ended paying more because the prices on the menus were not updated said the old man who was at the register. I will not go there again. Food not worth the wait, more money, and they don’t value their customers. You will be in the restaurant literally all alone because they are all in the back. I’d like to add that, I brought the food home to feed it to my dog so it wouldn’t go to waste and he didn’t even eat it! That’s how bad the food was.

There is good but no great. I am used to more flavor when it comes to African food. It's not like back home. ? But if I am in the mood I will go here from time to time.

I ate here and the moment I sat down the waitress said I'm tired and the place was dead. I ordered foo foo and gagged the moment I placed it in my mouth. Could not leave it in my mouth for more then a second.I got to my house and immediately felt sick to my stomach and was throwing up. Never again will I return to this place.I was very disappointed.

Very slow staff. Order was placed online before I picked it up and they barely started cooking the order 20 minutes after I got there. Definitely not worth the wait.
