It was mid day and the lunch rush was not bad at all. Good thing I keep a copy of my receipts and take a picture of what I leave so hopefully it can be rectified. It isn’t the money, it’s the principle.

Needed a quick bite after a late flight in to El Paso. Super close to the airport and convenient. Food was good had the chicken Caesar salad and tomato basil soup. Both were what you would expect nothing spectacular but very good. Atmosphere is your typical Applebee's good music and good service. Would recommend.

The food was delicious but the service wasn't 4 stars, the waitress would ask us if we, needed anything and it would take her for ever to bring the items. We waited at the entrance to be seated and then looked around and waited for the staff to come from the back of the kitchen after being gone for some time. It was a lot of looking for staff and waiting for them to show up. This was my first time in El paso and my first time in this Applebee's location. I would like to recommend the Bacon ranch chicken sandwich compliments to the chef 👨🍳 on 10/28 night shift.
Overall the experience was good. Had a light meal before catching a flight. Location was good, 3 minutes away from the airport. I was with my mother and she can be a tough customer but she really enjoyed her food, she had the salmon. I had a Chinese chicken salad which was light and good. They seemed to be busy because of Saturday football games. Which possibly could have affected the service slightly. Also seemed like some of the staff was younger so maybe less experienced. Our server was very good and very accommodating.Overall was good and would recommend.
