Had the worst experience last night the food was horrendous and the service was even worse the server kept on referring to me as boss and even dude than after I complained to the server he offered no real apology the manager some elderly lady couldn't even say anything let alone I paid the meal and got sick to my stomach in the parking lot omar sir you need some education when talking to people

The worst experience tonight, for my daughters birthday. The server was new so on only partially blame her. She couldn't properly answer questions about the food, so food was ordered wrong. I wasn't sure how she confused the question until the manager did also and I realized its a training issue. We come home with 3 full entries because I wasn't sure it was safe to eat anymore. Took 30 minutes to get a Pepsi. She asked if we needed anything, we asked for refills, and 30 minutes later she came back and asked if we needed anything and we asked fir drinks and refills again. I wont be returning because this isn't the first time service was this bad.

This is not the Applebees I remember. I used to eat here almost every Friday but noticed the service and food started going downhill so I haven’t eaten here in several months. I figured I’d try it again since I had a desire for their rib basket. Wellll let me say I called I. For pickup, upon arrival I had to hunt down an employee to get my meal. She came back and said there was no order. I insisted so finally my order appeared. After getting home I discovered the ribs were burnt and very dry but the fries were ok. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
