Don’t go to this Applebees ! We stopped by yesterday. Ana S was our waitress . Stopped by around 4pm4.8.24 she took our order and only came back with half of our order . She explained her mistake in not bringing one of our plates to the table which did not make any sense . Neither did her manager ! Y’all need another manager here ! Why would she just bring my plate and not the rest for my family . All of them workers look half asleep and the hostess hates her job for sure . She was a big heavy set young looking girl. No name tag.. It’s a mess here ! Don’t bother ! The shrimps gave my daughter food poisoning by the way! The worst experience ever ! Stay away from this location! Never again .

I came here for a quick beer between engagements and had amazing service from Liz…I come in once every week or two and Liz is definitely my favorite server! She’s always so happy and makes sure I know about the best deals that Applebees is currently offering. She keeps me coming back with her excellent service!

Never again .. From burnt food to rude staff and under trained staff will keep me from going to this Applebee's or any other. Burnt my food an didn't even think twice about giving me another entree, said everything from we have a new cook to you got the last one. Then poured like a gallon of sauce to mask the burnt taste and they were riblets so they were just bad. Basically took my money an feed me whatever they felt like and whenever I mentioned anything to our waiter his only response was - let me see or let me ask or I'm not sure , uhh how about a drink refill please - let me ask and see .. Wow ok .. The manager thought the burnt food was acceptable also and only said if I needed more sauce to glaze the chare .. never again ..
Manager Jazmin was great made sure all her customers were taken care of. When her staff needed help she was quick to jump in and help. We have been there several times and each time she’s there the service is always better!

We came here to grab a quick bite, arrived an hour before closing. We did not get greeted by hostess.. We had to ask a person where we could sit, staff were on their phones and we could hear rude comments such as “who comes to eat this late”.. Our server was all over the place, ony received a set of utensils..Ordered the pasta, it was dry and bread was hard.. Service was horrible.. Server did not return my receipt and did not provide exact change back…Overall horrible experience..
