This place has very bad customers service and rude server's. After a night out me and two of my guy friends went to go have a quick late night dinner before hitting back to the hotel 🏨. The food was very cold and steak was super hard and after taking the second bite I instantly felt something was wrong and I headed straight to the women's restroom, I had a accident with my self and after cleaning up the best I could, I went out and asked to talk to the manager on shift and after explaining to him what had happened he basically didn't do nothing for me or my food and on top of that I saw him gossiping with our server and other server's and they all were laughing and looking straight to our table, even a line cook came out to see and make fun of what had happened to me. This is the worst place ever... It was not my fault I had a accident and ruined my night completely

Terrible service and unorganized. This Applebees has been struggling with this or a while now, maybe it’s management. Arrive and 20 min late we finally got a server. It wasn’t only us but 2 other families too. We all went up to the hostess to tell her we still had no waiter. Keep in mind we could see all of them talking in the back by the restroom. Anyhow the hostess went to tell the waiters that we complained on the wait time and they all came with attitude. Long story short we all left (3 families). Went to another Applebees and wow, big difference. Sad that we have to drive to another side of the city for good service.

This restaurant and location gave good food and good service, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 over all was because it's not a restaurant to sit and talk with family or if you have young kids, the overall atmosphere had to much going on lots of big screens and pretty loud. If you don't mind any of that. Food was delicious though

Our group of 4 arrived at 10:37 PM when it was the least busiest as there was only 4 other parties seated inside. We were waiting for 2 more people to arrive until our waitress informed us they were closing the kitchen soon at a little before 11:00. So 3 of us ordered their promotion of all you can eat, we got the shrimp, chicken tenders, and riblets. And we had to settle for burgers for the 2 guests that hadn’t arrived yet. Our first servings were served probably around 11:15. Our waitress rarely checked in on us, so by the time we had finished our first servings, it was apparently too late to order anymore as they had closed the kitchen. They were unable to make more of the “all you can eat” riblets and shrimp, so basically our orders were completely wasted and we couldn’t actually use the promotion. However she was able to bring us more chicken tenders, though not nearly enough to be called “all you can eat” the first serving came with 6 or 7 tenders, fries, and dipping sauce. The second order only came with 3 tenders and nothing else. By the time it was served, it was probably 11:30. Why have a closing time of 12 if the kitchen is going to close so early, especially on a Monday night when the restaurant is basically empty. Overall bad service.
