Went on Veterans Day and it was busy. We still got great service food came out fast.

It was a cool evening and I wanted coffee. My coffee was room temperature. Then I asked for a bake chicken with fettuccine. The chicken was grease like it had been fried and the fettuccine was cold. It came with a bread stick which was soak in butter. At this point my appetite was gone. I didn't want to get anything else. Worse experience. It was supposed to be a nice dinner after movies. I will stick to the other location by Montwood where I never had a problem.

Placed a to go order last night and then it took me a while to come pick it up. When I got there, the staff took it upon themselves to completely re-make my entire order so that it would be fresh for us. The staff and manager were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Went last night with my boyfriend, I had the mac and cheese and he had the sampler. The mac and cheese was horrible some parts were cold and the sauce was extremely liquidy, it looked like milk on pasta. The service was great though loved our server but the food was just not what i expected.

I came here today with my wife. Service was great but we both order pasta and the food was very cold. Manager gave us both new orders but overall food could have been hotter next time. This will be out last time we come here. Next time we just going to chilli's since they have better food and service.

Took 30 mins for them to come get our drink order. That was after we were about to walk out. Food was mediocre and took forever to come out. They allow solicitors to walk around and bother you while your eating. I would not recommend this Applebee's to anyone especially when their are many other restaurants in the area to choose from.
