Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went last night with my boyfriend, I had the mac and cheese and he had the sampler. The mac and cheese was horrible some parts were cold and the sauce was extremely liquidy, it looked like milk on pasta. The service was great though loved our server but the food was just not what i expected.

I came here today with my wife. Service was great but we both order pasta and the food was very cold. Manager gave us both new orders but overall food could have been hotter next time. This will be out last time we come here. Next time we just going to chilli's since they have better food and service.

Took 30 mins for them to come get our drink order. That was after we were about to walk out. Food was mediocre and took forever to come out. They allow solicitors to walk around and bother you while your eating. I would not recommend this Applebee's to anyone especially when their are many other restaurants in the area to choose from.

The food was ok. I order wings bone in. I wish they would've been a bit more crisper. Of course, the beer was ice cold. Service was fantastic, I just wish that when I went there, it wouldn't take 15 minutes to get your drinks from the bar.

Went in with my son and ordered the hamburger speacial for 11.99, I asked for a tea, waitress said no, that it only comes with a soft drink? Wth? Horrible service. She only came around twice. Of course empty ketchup bottle. Got up to grab another one from another table, 3 out of 4 were empty as well!
Cold hamburger and fries, overall the restaurant was dirty and in real need of being touched up, scratches on walls, needs painting. Will definitely not be back.

Rarely dine at this location. Decided to stop by for burgers this evening and when my wife cuts her burger in half there is a hair at bottom of burger. Food is returned and when waitress returns a couple of minutes later it is the same burger on a new plate! Really? So did not accept and requested new burger. By the time her food came out, my son and I were done eating so she just took hers to go. Horrible way to spend our evening.

When we walked in the hostesses were sitting down in a booth they looked like patrons having dinner, she took us to our booth and the area was dirty. Most, if not all the tables were dirty full of trash and dirty dishes, it was empty. Our server seemed to hate being there, understandably so, after the holiday. He took a while to bring our food, forgot half our order, and took a while to come back with our refills. The food was okay, but the service was lacking. All the servers sat in the booth in the back, they ate together chatted and seemed to be bothered when a patron asked for something. A young lady seemed to be noticeably upset because she took “just one bite of her burger”, and her table needed help. This is the reason why we stopped coming to Applebees in the first place, but decided to give it one more chance since the game was on and a cocktail sounded good. When we finally left the young ladies (hostesses) said their goodbyes while they sat down in the waiting area having a chat with one another.

I ordered artichoke and spinach dip Togo. It came in a cup size container and it was halfway filled. So it was basically 4oz for $11.49. I will never order this appetizer again. How disappointing.
