The workers here are rude, me and my family tried to park to have dinner today at 1700. A black cadilac pulls in front of us sideways blocking 5 parking spots. We waited a few min then started to move, a young black got out smirked and rolled her eyes at my family and went into the employees entrance laughing. Never eating hear again and telling everyone I know about this experience.

HORRIBLELY RAN!!!!!! Hostees aren't trained properly!!!! They do not communicate with the servers, SERVERES aren't being bothered to watch thier section to see if they got sat and who got sat first. We totally got skipped not one but twice because the manager sent the server to the wrong table yet again. The restaurant was a MESS tables not when cleaned. Do NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!!!!!

Slow service never coinh back, haley waitress was overloaded kept us waiting
And to top it off later in the evening I got violently ill a of the food that I ordered the chicken tenders the coleslaw and the fries I was sick all night vomiting and diarrhea and I only had one serving because the second serving I ordered took over 10 minutes to come and I filled up on bread and my tea ever will I visit Applebee's

What really made this experience great was our server Kai. She was super great with her attitude and was friendly! Her customer service was over the top, and it definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you for being genuine!

TOTAL CRAP, WAITED 30 MIN.AFTER SAID ORDER WOULD BE READY, FOOD IS COLD , PORTION IS LESs than advertised, I HAD MAYBE 4 PIECES OF SAUSAGE IN A SAUSAGE DISH WITH CHICKEN.WORST PLACE TO EAT IN AMERICA, WILL CONTACT CORPORATE, THIS BUSINESS NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR CLOSED, ONLY GOOD THING WAS YOUNG LADY WHO BROUGHT OUT MY ORDER, HAD PROBLEMS BEFORE WANTED TO TRY AGAIN, HUGE MISTAKE AVOID THIS PLACE, FOOD ISNT GOOD, IM DONE WITH THIS AND WILL INFORM MY LARGE CIRCLE OF THE SHORTCOMINGS.

The food and prices are pretty good. Large selection, great bar, hostesses seem new, but wait staff seemed experienced and helpful. The drawback is always the floor cleanliness. It is definitely a drawback. This location has a terrible turn around cleaning for booths and floors.

Booker, an experienced competent server, nice to see in this world of young servers that aren't quite ready for Prime Time. He Made are dinner experience very enjoyable. We will be back again and again. Thank you Booker.
