But the service and the people is what keeps you coming back! The manager named is the definition of personable and quality customer service. She makes sure everything is going smooth, checks on your table, talks to you and your kids like you’ve known her your whole life! And does that with every table. Running food and cleaning tables, she can wear all the hats and wearing them well. We had the best experience with her and the server Booker on several occasions now. Booker knows what you want and need before you do! Keeps your drinks full, food comes out perfect, and keeps your table clean. No request is too small or complicated with him, and no detail left unturned. It’s literally like having dinner with family and there is no better service you could ask for! Thanks guys for making our Applebees experience perfection every time! 100000/10 for me!

Went to watch the NCAA BB game and got a good dinner. Nachos and my son had chicken wings boneless. Service was good.
The hours of the locations says open till midnight but they had the doors locked an hour before. I enjoy eating at Applebee's and never had experience this type of service.

The level of disorganization is disturbing, I went in and there were visibly multiple tables open, the manager at the time 4:22 pm 03/23/2024 came to the front and the lobby filled up with people, and no one was seated. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience good customer service. A good clean atmosphere to take your family, this place was not it.

Had a great family meal at Applebee's on Joe Battle. Found a few affordable options, except for my teenager, lolThe order came pretty quick and the waitress knew my kids were hungry and brought theirs first. The only gripe is that the chicken tenders are half as large as they were last year, so I would get a larger portion next time.The atmosphere was good, the music was a little loud at first but there was a great selection playing.
Restaurant was really dirty, trash all over the floor not enough employees I guess.Service was horrible and food was all wrong and waiting was rude sometimesThis is my first and last time I go to this Applebee's needs some work.

Our server, Isaiah, was amazing ? Despite how busy the restaurant was, he would check on us all the time and he had the most positive attitude I've ever seen from a waiter. He made my son and I feel right at home. I hope he gets the acknowledgment he deserves, because of him, we will definitely be visiting again!
