I appreciate that the manager tried to help his servers, he delivered our food to the table. We only got to see our server twice, that was to ask to put the order and give us the bill. There were plenty of tables empty when we arrived, enough servers, we still waited 30 minutes to receive the table. The food was good. The cooks did their job right, compared to the last time we went the flavor was off or cold food. At least the kitchen did program, just the front servers need work.

It took a while after we sat down to get a waitress to get our order, the salad was really good but the patty on my burger really left something to be desired , it seemed like a smash burger maybe but the meat was all split . The picture of the open burger shows it . If I'm paying for something, I want that something to be more than than just mediocre. The fries weren't good either, they were home cut fries and just not tasty at all .

I took my grandson for a late lunch. It wasn't too late cause we were able to enjoy the 2 for $25 deal. It was indeed a great deal. We ordered the spinach dip as our appetizer and we both ordered the chicken parmesan fettuccine. The chicken was juicy and very flavorable. It was plenty of food for it being lunch specials. Plus it was delicious. Our waitress Denisse was incredible. Before we drank all of our water Denisse was ready with a full glass. She was constantly checking on us. Talk about great customer service. We shared the Triple chocolate meltdown. Oh my goodness. It was amazing. This was our first time at this location. We will definitely be coming back. We were seated right away. I arrived first, but that didn't stop Denisse from taking my drink order. Our appetizer came out extremely fast. We hadn't finished our appetizer when our entrées arrived. I realize that it's a week day and it wasn't busy, but I was very impressed with this location.

This Applebees is too cold , if you want an empty restaurant keep it cold , very uncomfortable eating while it’s like a freezer in there , Service is good , but definitely not coming back , to the manager Sit down for a bit and feel how fast your food gets immediately cold because of you probably having the thermostat at 68 degrees

Excellent service! We ordered the ribs and split them not because we are cheap but because we eat lite. Jesus was a kind waiter and treated us so kind. Good and atmosphere was great! Very clean!

The worst Applebee’s in El Paso. I went there twice and they messed up my order. The first time they brought my wife the wrong salad. She asked for the quesadilla and the brought her a salad with strawberries. The second time she ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp and I specifically told them no mushrooms because she was allergic. After she had several bites she started eating her grilled onions and found mushrooms underneath and had an allergic reaction.

My family and I went on a Saturday afternoon about 1 to have lunch after a hot day after sports. They sat us down and we waited about 15 minutes and no one even came to us to get our drinks less our food order. We decided that we were too hungry and thirsty to wait longer and walked out. My husband decided to call the restaurant to see if he could talk to the manager but to our surprise no one answered (tried various times). He definitely called corporate!

The service was really horrible. our server Iris was really slow and no where to be found most of the time. we had to ask for a refill and it took them 20 minutes just to bring us our drinks. Beside we were being interrupted every 10 mins because they kept bringing us the wrong food or drinks.
