So we visited this place tonight 12/28/2025. Jorge, the GM treated me like ive never been treated before in any restaurant. Totally humiliated me in front of his staff and other customers. Telling me that I was getting his walls dirty because I had one of my boots on the wall leaning, waiting for my wife. He assumed I was an Uber driver which tells me exactly how he treats them ( Uber drivers). I will definitely be making a phone call about this because I was a paying customer and I was treated like a person who was not welcomed in their restaurant. Being a buisness owner myself, I will definitely be putting this on blast with other buisness owners ,friends and family unless their management makes this right. I don't blame the restaurant, I blame this man's very poor way of making his employer look like the best. We still love Applebees. By the way, our waiter was the absolute best.

I recently visited Applebee's and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Teilor, and I felt compelled to share what a truly fantastic experience it was. From the moment we sat down, Teilor was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. She didn't just take our order, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was bringing extra napkins, refilling drinks instantly, or just checking in with a warm smile, Teilor’s service was outstanding. It's rare to encounter such a high level of dedication and positive energy in a server. She definitely made my day brighter. Management should know that Teilor is a remarkable asset to the team! I look forward to returning soon.

My wife and I come to this Applebee’s regularly, about once a month or so, and they always do a great job. We went on Veterans Day this year and the staff was fantastic. They made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Honestly, they’re consistently good, but this visit stood out in the best way. Highly recommend this location!

Food is not worth what it's priced! very stale and no flavor at all. If you order the steak and mashed potatoes, the mash potatoes are dehydrated! All they do is put water! A very small piece of steak will be served to you... The service was very good and very attentive the host at the door where rude and not well trained, they asked for how many and continued on talking to the crewmate for more than 10 sec's. Not worth it, very bland food

Thursday night we ordered a riblet platter and was given the wrong size. We contacted the store and the manager Tony was amazing! He was very respectful, honest, and sincere about the whole situation. Tony provided his personal number to us so that he can replace the entire meal at our convenience. Today we picked up our order and Tony come out himself to apologize again hand us our order. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Tony!
