My daughter and I entered with twin 2 year olds. The person who was supposed to seat us acted like we were a personal affront. His manager had to tell him to seat us. When we asked for highchairs, he brought 1. After reminding him that we would need 2 highchairs, he said alright. He never returned and my daughter had to go and get the other chair. He also only gave us 2 sets of silverware. We were there at 5, it was not busy.For us, this was a special occasion, my daughter's birthday and an opportunity to have the boys eat at a restaurant, not fast food. They were not loud and disruptive, they didn't knock over anything or throw food. Mostly, they were surprisingly good. Too bad that the young man whose job it was to seat us was not as well behaved.Kid-friendliness: Obviously not.

Great atmosphere. Watched Super Bowl there. Great food/ service.
Went for the all you can eat and was not disappointed....started with the shrimp it came with fries and coleslaw. After tried the garlic parmesan boneless wings, fantastic then Asian sweet riblets absolutely delicious. Our drinks, Blue aloha mana margarita and a "Mock" Mai Tai. We were at the Applebee's at Eastlake. Our waitress was Gabby (training) she did an awesome job ??
This is a nice location, but very dirty everywhere, including the restrooms. Host was very nice and courteous, but service is bad. The food seemed old and cold. It took over 20 minutes to get our food order in and another 20 to receive it. We actually drove 30 away to try Dave's hot chicken, but had to settle for this, cause the line was an hour wait. Wish we had waited to try Dave's hot chicken. MANAGEMENT, regroup and do better!
