I ordered the new Italian sandwich and wanted extra meat I swear if that was extra meat I’ll never order that again. The sandwich tasted good but I asked and paid for something special and did not get it

Chris Hernandez the manager and his team at the Eastlake location did a wonderful job taking care of me and my family. The food was made fresh and delicious. Thank you so much. I'm definitely recommending this place to family and friends.

Have not had Arby's in a while seeing how they were closing down for a while around here. I was skeptical about trying one but decided to try this one. The food was great but the service was beyond fantastic and very clean. The gentleman named Darius was very wonderful to me and my whole family. We will be going back one because the food but also because Darius made it such a great experience. THANK YOU DARIUS!
