Tried to place an online order and it said not accepting online orders this was at 6:30 drove from downtown to go get food and doors were locked at 7:00 pm’s and girl ins. Onesie Xmas pajama said they were closed

For my first time, the soda was pure water and the chicken tenders had more flour and the sauce did not have a good flavor.

Went to arbys on Montana and was told to pull my truck up and they would bring my food out to me. My order was wrong so I went in to order more food because there was a miscommunication on what my total order was. As soon as I approached the counter the guy told me I needed to move my truck up(it was as far up as the curb would allow) so I went outside to move it and the vehicle behind me had plenty of space to get around so there wasnt a reason to even ask me to move it. I went back inside and the guy was taking someone elses order after he had wasted my time twice once when I had to pull up and again when he thought I was blocking the tiny car behind me. So I left without my correct order and as I was leaving the same car he had me go out to move mine for was still waiting for their food at the drive thru window. One my husband deployed this week and I had to make an extra stop to feed my daughter because her order was wrong and two this was the last thing I needed after working all day and just not wanting to cook for two people. You would figure they would do better considering their distance to the military base.

Every time I go to Arby's, I get the same Buffalo chicken sandwich because I've yet to find another restaurant that can make Buffalo chicken sandwiches as good as Arby's! Also, they have sliders that are made fresh!

What is happened to this restaurant I used to be have a friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. Now you have some lady that’s running the drive-through like Stalin are usually spend between 60 to 80 bucks here a week I’m not coming back and I’m gonna tell all my brothers at the military bases also we’re right next-door.
