My family and I got stranded by this location, so I decided to go in to ask if they can charge my phone, so we can call for a tow truck. The young lady running the cashier was kind enough to let me use her charger and she offered us water ans well. I also ordered food while I waited for my phone to charge. I’m just really thankful for such a kind gesture, while I’m struggling to get me and my kids home safe. Such an amazing staff, thank you.

VERY DISAPPOINTING to arrive home 80 MILES later out in the desert to discover they got the order wrong AGAIN. Gyros are made with the lamb meat millennial. You getting paid more than a paramedic in this city you ought to have the skill to know that, fast food "engineer."

The menu has inaccurate pricing and the food has significantly decreased in quality and value.
A roast beef slider on the menu board shows $1.39 each but we were charged $2.53 for 1! And look at the size of it when compared to a quarter! The wraps were on sale 2 for $5, but it was essentially 1 chicken strip in a dry tortilla. Just not worth it.

The little short older lady I think she was the manager she was very rude had an attitude was very moody and all I asked was a simple question I was not rude to her nor disrespected her to deserve how she talked to me she shouldn’t be in customer service the other three employees were very nice two were female and one was male sorry I didn’t get there names
Always check their specials. Arby's is more expensive that other fast food places. We do like Arby's is been good tasty food in more of their locations. For some reason when you travel and visit off the freeway some places do not cook the same, so their food is not as good. I suppose is because most of their customers stop once and they are on their way, they are not repeat customer. But Arby's should still care for those customers.

I came in from Dallas for National Guard duty, showed up 10 minutes early. They weren’t open, and I was ok with it. The manager took it upon himself to make my order even though the store had opened yet. The franchise owner was very professional and nothing but polite. Thank you!
