First time at this location. Ordered dine in. Placed my order at counter and went to get ketchup and Arby’s sauce. Very dirty counter, out of Arby’s sauce. Proceeded to sit at a table, no clean tables. Received my order, sandwich bread and meat cold. Potato cakes were freshly made and hot. As I was leaving, two employees sitting towards the back on their phones. Disappointing visit. Will not be returning. ☹️

The girl at the speaker repeatedly got my order incorrect and then when I got home I was missing a sandwich altogether. With their prices this is quite the inconvenience. I called the store and of course they can't do anything over the phone and the guy sounded like I was inconveniencing his day and was rude about it. Train these little kids to actually do their job and this won't be an inconvenience to the manager.

I was assisted promptly and courteous. Music was very loud inside the restaurant. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar. My food was delivered to my table. Curly fries were over fried and hot. My sandwich was poorly prepared. Meat was cold. Cheddar cheese was cold and curded. Buns were not heated. Needless to say. Food was not good, nor prepared as usual. Will not b coming soon. Will stick to montwood at lee Trevino store. Store lacks good management practices.

I just left the store and I usually don’t like to leave bad comments, but it’s not the first time that this happens to me Today I ordered a Kids meal with chicken strips And the jalapeño poppers I was the only one there and waited a long time for my food, which I don’t mind because it’s being made fresh But once I got home, I noticed that the ranch from my son was missing and so was the sauce for my jalapeño poppers Honestly, the reason I wanted the poppers was because of how good the dipping sauce is I am too tired to go back for the dipping sauces

The food was good but they never called my order. After 20 minutes of waiting, I showed them my receipt and they said they called my name. I asked my friend and brother in law if they heard anything since we were all standing right by the counter. The employee then turned and asked the cook for 2 roast beef sandwiches. Either we're all deaf or they gave my order to a drive thru customer. Either way, I won't be going back to this particular location.
My son and I had a very nice lunch together. The place was extremely clean, even the rest rolm which I never would use. This place was inspection clean. The staff was very welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Food is always great for a fast food place. We recently started trying the Gyros, and we were very surprised, they taste even better than some Greek restaurants we've been to. Always recommend the curly fries, beef n cheddar & brisket sandwich. Customer service is not very friendly, but they always get our order right. Lobby is most of the times clean. And the atmosphere is pretty chill, not too crowded. Great for a quick bite.

The workers were very attentive to make sure our 2 families had everything we needed. I have never had an Arby's roast beef or French Dip so full of meat. It was so filling and delicious. When we visit El Paso again this will be at the top of our list to visit.
