Waited for an hour to get drinks, another hour to finally get help from our very rude waitress whom didn’t introduce herself and told the party I was seated with, two hours after sitting and waiting, that the bill had to be all together in one tab and when we asked for clarification she refused to clarify. Also the party was never told about having a gratuity added to the bill, because with the horrible service received, that automatic tip was not deserved, especially since she only came to our table once.

First time there so hoping this wasn’t the norm for this business. Went for a friends birthday, we ordered drinks from who we thought was our server, but after waiting for two hours and asking all the other servers if we could order our food yet, our server came over, briefly introduced herself, and began taking our order. Did not clearly let us know what the splitting tab rule was and when we asked for clarification her response was short and condescending. She did not check up on our party and the other server came by to refill drinks and even offered to get us a knife for the birthday cake. I work as a server and I did not and never would take away a tip from another server, however our party felt neglected. You would think with an automatic 20% gratuity she would have introduced herself to our party within the first 45 minutes of our visit and checked up on us once or twice after we got our food. Very disappointed in the service, however the food was fantastic and the other server who was not assigned to our party was lovely and very helpful and prompt with our drink orders.
