I am extremely disappointed in Artos Cake Shop. My friend (the bride) ordered a cake from them for her wedding and the whole time we were all wondering where the cake was and when it would arrive. She was extremely stressed about the whole ordeal and everyone kept questioning her when the cake would arrive. When the cake did finally arrive it was so slanted and crooked we all talked about it. I had to know where my friend got the cake and I was shocked to find out the cake was $500!! For that price the cake better look flawless! Needless the say no one was impressed and the cake was so disappointing

Ordered a tiered wedding cake that was around $500.00 . The day of my wedding the delivery was an hour late. I called and they said the delivery van had a flat tire. I understand things happen. They stated they attempted to call me but never got through. I show no missed calls . No text messages that came through late , showing an attempt to contact me. Not to sure how they couldn’t get their calls through but it could call them just fine. The cake eventually showed up but was tilting . The table was uneven . But rather than saying something to the venue staff or making any effort to stabilize the cake they left as soon as the cake was set up. The cake eventually toppled over . By some Miracle my brother caught the cake and family assisted in separating the layers so it was no longer leaning . I went to Artos week after week to try their cake flavors and was so hopeful in their abilities. Although whatever cake we salvaged was good tasting their service was horrible. Had some basic effort been made to stabilize the cake, move it to a different table (because there were plenty) really any effort to showed they cared about our experience would have been appreciated. I am reluctant writing this post because I do enjoy their cakes . But if you are planning on enlisting Artos services for any of your special occasions, maybe have a back up plan in case your cake falls and no ones is there to catch it .

I ordered my sister’s birthday cake months in advance and paid for it ahead of time. When I went to pick up the cake today I was shocked at how amazing it was. It was matching the inspiration picture perfectly. I’m still stunned by how amazing it is. The service was amazing. From when I ordered the cake, to communication a few days before pick up, to picking up the cake everyone was very professional and kind.

I bought a lemon cake with the cream cheese frosting right before Easter and oh baby ! What an amazing experience! The young lady assured that I was going to enjoy it and she was so right! Will definitely be back 👍🏿

It says it closes at eight I came by at 7:20 and it was closed when I clearly saw people in the kitchen so their hours are wrong online and it was a waste of time driving here

Flavors and texture of the cake wasn’t good. The cake icing wasn’t even what we asked for. The cake was not good at all. Disappointing because they aren’t cheap.

When I asked for cake pops to be strawberry to show that I was having a baby girl for a gender reveal, it was a weak color of pink. It looked vanilla with a dab of pink. It was a poor job for $20.80, presentation was not good, looked rushed. When I asked for a baby foot print, it looked like a monkeys footprint. The toe prints were spaced out so far, it looked funny. Taste was too sweet but not too bad. I do know that this place can overcharge, a dozen of cake pops was 40$, half a dozen was 20$, I chose a simple design for a reason. Therefore, I am glad I went cheaper, because I didn’t think that the job was going to be a bit embarrassing. But they are nice people.
