Arturo’s cake shop saved my birthday party after an unfortunate date mixup at another cake shop. I was panicking and needing a birthday cake in less than an hour. I called them and told about my situation and that I need a Hawaiian cake and they had it ready for me in 15 minutes with my name and everything. What an amazing business, the cake was beautiful and delicious, it didn’t even feel like a “backup” cake. Thank you again for everything you guys are amazing.❤️?

Artos did an am amazing job on my sons cake! The cake was a three tier, chocolate with chocolate filling, vanilla with pudding, filling, and strawberry with a strawberry filling, the cake was moist and delicious. They even delivered my cake. We received so many compliments. Thank you so much definitely would recommend them!

I ordered a cake for my birthday and was told it would be great and that they could meet my expectations in what I wanted that it would look beautiful. First, they didn't wrap the cake when we went to pick it up. It was just handed too us. Secondly when I saw it they basically had the 2d print of the pictures I requested pasted too the cake it was very basic for $190! I was hoping for something more attractive to present. Furthermore when it came to cutting the cake there was so much cardboard and sticks holding it up that it was difficult to even cut. Unfortunately for the taste and presentation of this cake it was not worth almost$200!! I would have paid the most possibly$100 that's me being generous. It lacked creativity considering that I even showed examples of other cakes to give them an idea. We had a secondary cake and that cake was completely gone in seconds no one was interested in eating this$190 cake. Sadly now we're stuck with an expensive two tier cake that needs to be eaten.

I came from the west side and for it to be closed it said they close at 8 and it was barely 6 and it was already closed, Big disappointment

I’ve always ordered my cakes frm Artos, dnt get me wrong their cakes are not only amazingly made but delicious as well, what disappoints me is I not only reserved a cake for my son a month in advance because they get booked pretty quickly and price wasn’t a problem; As I said the cakes ordered are beautiful and taste great….but I find it very unprofessional that 2 days before my sons party the cake maker messages me LATE (after 10:30pm) to say her hand was injured the day before and wouldn’t be able to do the cake I ordered. So of course I get upset and got me refund back…but funny to find they post 4 cakes tht were made and delivered same day I was supposed to pick up my sons but supposedly her hand was injured. Had she notified me she couldn’t do it way ahead of time I could’ve asked for something else to be made rather than the design I had asked for. As a constant customer, they should’ve been more courteous with timing or may need to hire more than one person that can make 3D cakes. Cakes are 5star….the recent “customer service” isn’t. #Disappointing
